Abstract

RINGKASAN Penelitian ini menganalisis rugi-rugi daya pada saluran transmisi tegangan tinggi 150 kV di Gardu Induk PLN Aurduri Jambi. Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan energi listrik akibat pertumbuhan gaya hidup dan penggunaan peralatan elektronik, efisiensi dan kualitas pasokan listrik menjadi sangat penting. Efisiensi energi dalam konteks ini berarti meminimalkan kehilangan energi pada jaringan dan peralatan listrik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif melalui observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Gardu induk PLN Aur Duri yang terletak di Mendalo Darat Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor- faktor yang menyebabkan rugi daya pada saluran transmisi serta mengukur besarnya daya yang hilang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rugi-rugi daya sering terjadi akibat faktor-faktor seperti korona dan kebocoran isolator. Rugi daya terbesar pada pukul 10.00 tercatat pada 15 Mei 2024 sebesar 0,571320 MW, sedangkan rugi daya terendah pada 20 Mei 2024 sebesar 0,173280 MW. Pada pukul 19.00, rugi daya terbesar tercatat pada 15 Mei 2024 sebesar 0,966607 MW, dan terendah pada 4 Mei 2024 sebesar 0,005880 MW. Total rugi energi pada Mei 2024 mencapai 189.961,56 kWh dengan kerugian biaya sebesar Rp. 288.644.526,22. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya prediksi dan analisis rugi daya untuk menjaga efisiensi jaringan transmisi dalam batas wajar. Kata Kunci: Gardu Listrik, Rugi-rugi daya, Sutter, PLN. SUMMARY This study analyzes power losses on the 150 kV high voltage transmission line at the Aurduri PLN Substation in Jambi. With the increasing demand for electricity due to lifestyle growth and the use of electronic equipment, the efficiency and quality of power supply have become very important. Energy efficiency in this context means minimizing energy losses in the network and electrical equipment. The research method used in this study is quantitative research through observation and literature study. This research was conducted at the Aurduri PLN Substation located in Mendalo Darat, Jambi Province. The aim of this study is to identify the factors causing power losses on the transmission line and measure the amount of power lost. The results show that power losses often occur due to factors such as corona and insulator leakage. The highest power loss at 10:00 AM was recorded on May 15, 2024, at 0.571320 MW, while the lowest was on May 20, 2024, at 0.173280 MW. At 7:00 PM, the highest power loss was recorded on May 15, 2024, at 0.966607 MW, and the lowest was on May 4, 2024, at 0.005880 MW. The total energy loss in May 2024 reached 189,961.56 kWh with a cost loss of IDR 288,644,526.22. This study emphasizes the need for prediction and analysis of power losses to maintain transmission network efficiency within reasonable limits. Keywords: Substation, Power Losses, Sutter, PLN.
