Abstract

Gastritis merupakan peradangan pada mukosa lambung yang ditandai dengan nyeri ulu hati atau lambung. Angka kejadian gastritis di Puskesmas Putri Ayu menduduki posisi ke tujuh dari sepuluh penyakit tidak menular terbanyak dengan jumlah 1.260 kasus (4,25%). Berdasarkan survey awal di Puskesmas Putri Ayu pada 27 mei 2024- 7 Juni terdapat 23 orang lansia dengan usia lebih ≥ 60 tahun yang menderita gastritis. Salah satu penanganan nyeri secara nonfarmakologi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu pemijatan (massage effleurage). Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada lansia (Ny.N) dengan nyeri gastritis melalui pemberian massage effleurage di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah case report. Inovasi yang dilakukan peneliti adalah pemberian massage effleurage untuk menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada Ny.N di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) dan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) massage effleurage. Asuhan keperawatan diberikan pada 3-8 Juni 2024. Setelah diberikan 5x pertemuan dengan dilakukannya massage effleurage Ny.N mengalami penurunan skala nyeri dari nyeri sedang (skala 5) hingga ringan (skala 1). Terapi non farmakologi massage effleurage efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat nyeri dan terapi ini bisa diterapkan secara mandiri atau dengan bantuan orang lain pada penderita gastritis. Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa characterized by heartburn or gastric pain. The incidence of gastritis at the Putri Ayu Health Center occupies the seventh position out of the ten most non-communicable diseases with a total of 1,260 cases (4.25%). Based on an initial survey at the Putri Ayu Health Center on May 27, 2024-June 7, there were 23 elderly people over the age of ≥ 60 years who suffered from gastritis. One of the non-pharmacological pain treatments that can be done is massage effleurage. This case study aims to provide nursing care to the elderly (Mrs.N) with gastritis pain through the provision of massage effleurage in the Working Area of the Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City. The method used in this study is a case report. The innovation made by the researcher is the provision of massage effleurage to reduce the level of pain in Mrs. N in the work area of the Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City. The instruments used are the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and the standard operating procedure (SOP) for massage effleurage. Nursing care will be provided on June 3-8, 2024. After being given 5 meetings with massage effleurage, Mrs. N experienced a decrease in the pain scale from moderate pain (scale 5) to mild pain (scale 1). Non-pharmacological therapy massage effleurage is effective in lowering pain levels and this therapy can be applied independently or with the help of others in people with gastritis.
