Abstract
This study is aimed to describe the process of developing a learning-centered syllabus for Agribusiness students. As a research and development, this study has 5 phases. They are analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE). To get the data about the Agribusiness learning needs, questionnaire and interview were analysed as data analysis. The participants of this study were the second semester students of Agribusiness study program of University of Jambi. The participant consisted of 85 students of two class of Agribusiness program study. The result of data analysis showed that the students need to improve their English skills, especially in daily communication and academic purposes. Based on the data, then a syllabus were designed, developed, and evaluated.
