Abstract

PT Adaro Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan sistem pemantauan lereng menggunakan Slope Stability Radar (SSR). Pemantauan menggunakan SSR diterapkan pada lereng lowwall di Pit South Tutupan yang sedang mengalami fase deformasi progresif. Keadaan aktual lereng saat pengamatan lapangan berada dalam kondisi telah terjadinya longsoran (failure) yang terjadi pada tanggal 27 November 2023 dengan ditemukannya retakan sepanjang ± 200 m. Dari pembacaan pergerakan menggunakan SSR didapatkan pergerakan deformasi progresif tinggi terdapat pada pixel SSR dengan koordinat x,y (160,22). Data deformasi yang didapatkan dianalisis nilai kecepatan (velocity) dengan mengolah data pergerakan rata – rata 24 jam terakhir, hasilnya didapatkan 6 (enam) fase pola perilaku, yaitu 1 (satu) kali fase linier, 2 (dua) kali fase regresif dan 3 (tiga) kali fase progresif. Fase progresif pertama terjadi pada tanggal 4 Desember 2023 pukul 21.15 hingga tanggal 6 Desember 2023 pukul 02.45, fase progresif kedua terjadi pada tanggal 14 Desember 2023 pukul 07.22 hingga tanggal 17 Desember 2023 pukul 11.14, fase progresif ketiga terjadi pada tanggal 26 Desember 2023 pukul 18.51 dan terus berlanjut hingga 31 Desember 2023. Lalu, data pergerakan deformasi progresif dianalisis percepatan pergerakan lereng dan didapatkan waktu awal mula percepatan (Onset of Acceleration, OOA) pada tanggal 4 Desember 2023 pukul 08.35 sampai tanggal 5 Desember 2023 pukul 20.28. Berdasarkan waktu OOA, ditentukan nilai rekomendasi kriteria pergerakan menggunakan metode inverse velocity dan Trigger Action Response Plan dengan nilai rekomendasinya yaitu, level hijau (low risk) kecepatan < 1 mm/hari status pergerakan stabil, level kuning (medium risk) kecepatan 1 - 2 mm/hari pergerakan status pergerakan hati – hati, level jingga (high risk) kecepatan 2 – 3 mm/hari status pergerakan waspada, dan level merah (very high risk) kecepatan >3 mm/hari status pergerakan evakuasi. Kata Kunci : Slope Stability Radar, Inverse Velocity, Trigger Action Response Plan. PT Adaro Indonesia is one of the companies that implemented a slope monitoring system using Slope Stability Radar (SSR). Monitoring using SSR is applied to the lowwall slope in the Tutupan South Pit which is experiencing a progressive deformation phase. The actual state of the slope during field observations was in a condition of failure that occurred on November 27, 2023 with the discovery of cracks along ± 200 m. From the reading of movement using SSR, it was found that the movement of high progressive deformation was found in the SSR pixel with x,y coordinates (160,22). The deformation data obtained were analyzed for velocity values by processing the average movement data of the last 24 hours, the results obtained 6 (six) phases of behavior patterns, namely 1 (one) time linear phase, 2 (two) times regressive phase and 3 (three) times progressive phase. The first progressive phase occurred on December 4, 2023 at 21:15 until December 6, 2023 at 02:45, the second progressive phase occurred on December 14, 2023 at 07:22 until December 17, 2023 at 11:14, the third progressive phase occurred on December 26, 2023 at 18:51 and continued until December 31, 2023. Then, the progressive deformation movement data was analyzed for the acceleration of slope movement and obtained the time of onset of acceleration (OOA) on December 4, 2023 at 08:35 to December 5, 2023 at 20:28. Based on the OOA time, the recommended value of movement criteria was determined using the inverse velocity method and the Trigger Action Response Plan with the recommendation value, namely, green level (low risk) speed <1 mm/day stable movement status, yellow level (medium risk) speed 1 - 2 mm/day movement status careful movement, orange level (high risk) speed 2 - 3 mm/day alert movement status, and red level (very high risk) speed >3 mm/day evacuation movement status.
