Abstract
RINGKASAN Penelitian dilakukan pada disposal P200, lokasi disposal P200 menanfaatkan lahan bekas tambang PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara yang merupakan salah satu kontraktor PT. IPC. Dengan memanfaatkan area bekas tambang PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara maka desain disposal disesuikan sesuai dengan bentuk bukaan tambang PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara. Namun secara aktual volume material timbunan melampaui kapasitas area bukaan tambang PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara, sehingga perlu di lakukan desain kembali pada disposal P200 dengan tujuan mendapatkan geometri lereng yang aman FK>1,25. Tahapan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengambilan data lapangan berupa geometri lereng aktual disposal, karakteristik material penyusun disposal dan pengambilan gambar lereng aktual disposal. Kemudian diolah menggunakan sofware Software Recscience Slide untuk mendapatkan nilai faktor kemanan yang dianggap sesuai dengan Bowles (1989), data diolah menggunakan metode kesetimbangan batas dengan menggunakan metode Bishop yang di sederhanakan. Hasil dari analisis lereng aktual overall slope tergolong tidak aman. Kemudian dilakukan design kembali lereng dengan menggunakan standar opersional perusahaan dan dianalisis dengan meghasilkan nilai faktor keamanan yang tergolong stabil (FK>1,25). Kata Kunci: Disposal, kestabilan lereng, overall slope, single slope, faktor keamanan. SUMMARY The research was carried out at the p200 disposal site, the p200 disposal location utilized the former mining land of PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara, which is one of the contractors of PT. IPC. By utilizing the former mining area of PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara, the disposal design is adjusted according to the shape of PT's mine opening. Madhani Talatah Nusantara. However, the actual volume of stockpiled material exceeds the capacity of PT's mine opening area. Madhani Talatah Nusantara, so it is necessary to re-design the P200 disposal with the aim of getting a safe slope geometry FK>1.25. The stages used in this research are taking field data in the form of actual disposal slope geometry, characteristics of the materials that make up the disposal and taking pictures of the actual disposal slope. Then processed using softwareSoftware Recscience Slide To obtain safety factor values that are considered to be in accordance with Bowles (1989), the data is processed using the limit equilibrium method using the simplified Bishop method. Results from actual slope analysis single slope andoverall slope classified as safe. Then the slope was re-designed using the company's operational standards and analyzed to produce a safety factor value that was classified as stable (FK>1.25).
