Abstract
Latar Belakang : Keberhasilan guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya diukur melalui kinerja. Semakin tinggi kinerja yang diberikan, artinya guru tersebut berhasil selama proses mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres kerja dan beban kerja mental dengan kinerja guru. Metode : Desain cross-sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SLB Prof. Dr. Sri Soedewi Masjchun Sofwan, S.H Kota Jambi sejak November – Juli 2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel melalui Total Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 63 guru. Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu DASS-42 (stres kerja), Nasa-TLX (beban kerja mental) dan kuesioner kinerja guru. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square (SPSS versi 23). Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 42,9% guru mengalami stres sedang, sebanyak 54,0% guru memiliki beban kerja mental tinggi dan rata-rata guru memiliki kinerja yang baik sebanyak 34,9%. Adapun hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat stres kerja dengan kategori mengalami stres sebesar 24 (75,0) nilai (p = 0,000) nilai PR (4,650, 95% CI: 2,033 – 10,635), beban kerja mental dengan kategori berat sebesar 24 (70,6%) nilai (p = 0,000) nilai PR (4,094, 95% CI: 1,792 – 9,355). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres kerja dan beban kerja mental dengan kinerja pada guru. The higher the performance given, it means that the teacher was successful during the teaching process. This research aims to determine the relationship between work stress levels and mental workload and teacher performance. Method: Cross-sectional design. The research was carried out at SLB Prof. Dr. Sri Soedewi Masjchun Sofwan, S.H Jambi City from November – July 2024. The sampling technique was through Total Sampling with a sample size of 63 teachers. The questionnaires used are DASS-42 (work stress), Nasa-TLX (mental workload) and teacher performance questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi square test (SPSS version 23). Results: Based on the research results, it shows that as many as 42.9% of teachers experience moderate stress, as many as 54.0% of teachers have a high mental workload and on average 34.9% of teachers have good performance. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the variable level of work stress in the stress category was 24 (75.0) value (p = 0.000), PR value (4.650, 95% CI: 2.033 – 10.635), mental workload in the heavy category was 24 ( 70.6%) value (p = 0.000) PR value (4.094, 95% CI: 1.792 – 9.355).
