Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh pemberian kombinasi pupuk kotoran ayam dan pupuk kotoran sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.). penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan maret sampai mei 2024 di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jambi. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan 7 taraf perlakuan (Kombinasi pupuk kotoran ayam dan pupuk kotoran sapi ) dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah k0 : Tanpa Perlakuan, k1 : 100 % PKA + 0 % PKS, k2 : 80% PKA + 20 % PKS, k3 : 60% PKA + 40% PKS, k4 : 40 % PKA +60% PKS, k5 : 20% PKA + 80% PKS, k6 : 0% PKA + 100% PKS. Data dianalisis dengan analisis ragam dengan uji f hitung pada taraf α = 5 %. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan DMRT pada taraf (p = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pupuk kotoran ayam dan pupuk kotoran sapi tidak berbeda nyata pada jumlah polong berisi, bobot 100 biji dan hasil per hekter, namun berbeda nyata pada tinggi tanaman dan umur berbunga. Dosis terbaik adalah dosis kombinasi 80% PKA + 20 % PKS. The objectives of research were to study influence of the application of a combination of chicken manure and cow manure on the growth and yield of green bean plants (Vigna radiata L.). This research was conducted from March to May 2024 at the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jambi University. The experimental design used was a complete randomized block design with 7 treatment levels (Combination of chicken manure and cow manure) and 4 replications. The treatments given were: k0: Without Treatment, k1: 100% Chicken Manure + 0% Cow Manure, k2: 80% Chicken Manure + 20% Cow Manure, k3: 60% Chicken Manure + 40% Cow Manure, k4: 40% Chicken Manure + 60% Cow Manure, k5: 20% Chicken Manure + 80% Cow Manure, k6: 0% Chicken Manure + 100% Cow Manure. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance with an F test at the level of α = 5%. Then continued with DMRT at the level (p = 0.05). The results of the study showed that the combination of chicken manure and cow manure did not differ significantly in the number of filled pods, 100 seed weight, and yield per hectare, but differed significantly in plant height and flowering age. The best dose is the combination dose of 80% Chicken Manure + 20% Cow Manure.
