Abstract
RINGKASAN Flyrock adalah fragmentasi batuan yang terlempar akibat hasil peledakan. Fragmentasi batuan yang terlempar melewati jarak aman dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan terhadap alat mekanis, cidera, bahkan kematian untuk manusia. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui jarak aman dari fly rock yang dihasilkan dari peledakan di perusahaan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi jarak fly rock. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan analisa kuantitatif dengan perhitungan dan analisa prediksi jarak fly rock teoritis dari peledakan yang dihasilkan. Pengambilan data di PT. Allied Indo Coal Jaya menggunakan GPS garmin 64s, meteran dan kamera pengamatan kegiatan peledakan di Perusahaan PT. AIC di wilayah Perambahan, Desa Batu Tanjung, Kecamatan talwai, kota Sawahlunto, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam kegiatan peledakan, jarak aman yang ditetapkan sesuai dengan KEPMEN 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 untuk jarak aman peledakan bagi alat 300 m serta bagi manusia 500 m. Hasil peneliitan, jarak aman di PT. Allied Indo Coal Jaya sebesar 337,78m, faktor yang mempengaruhi jarak lemparan Fly Rock (stemming) dengan nilai sebesar 2,1 nilai prediksi yang paling mendekati nilai aktual menggunakan teori Richard and moore dan dari nilai stemming usulan menggunakan Teori R.L ash didapatkan nilai stemming sebesar 2,1 m dengan jarak fly rock. Prediksi sebesar 47,5 m, sehingga jarak aman dapat diturunkan menjadi 95m. Adapun geometri peledakan aktual berupa burden 3,2 m, spacing 3,66 m, kedalaman lubang 5,68 m, stemming 2,18 m, dan panjang kolom isian yaitu 3,5 m, dengan rata-rata powder factor nya yaitu 0,35 kg/m3. Geometri peledakan berdasarkan metode R.L. Ash, maka didapatkan rekomendasi geometri peledakan berupa burden 3 m, spacing 4,8 m, kedalaman lubang 6,3 m, stemming 2,1 m, dan panjang kolom isian yaitu 4,2 m, dengan rata-rata powder factor nya yaitu 0,31 kg/m. Jarak areal peledakan dengan fasilitas perusahaan ± 500m, sedangkan pemukiman setempat berjarak ± 4 km sehingga aman dari lemparan flyrock terjauh (337,78 m) dan tidak melebihi ambang batas jarak aman peraturan Kepmen 1287. Kata kunci: FlyRock, radius aman, stemming SUMMARY Flyrock is rock fragmentation that is thrown as a result of blasting. Rock fragmentation thrown beyond a safe distance can cause damage to mechanical equipment, injury, and even death to humans. The research aims to determine the safe distance from fly rock resulting from blasting at the company and the factors that influence the distance of fly rock. This research uses survey methods and quantitative analysis with calculations and analysis of theoretical fly rock distance predictions from the resulting blast. Data collection at PT. Allied Indo Coal Jaya uses a Garmin 64s GPS, meter and camera to observe blasting activities at the PT Company. AIC in the Encroachment area, Batu Tanjung Village, Talwai District, Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra Province. In blasting activities, the safe distance is determined in accordance with KEPMEN 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 for a safe blasting distance for equipment of 300 m and 500 m for humans. The research results show that the safe distance at PT. Allied Indo Coal Jaya is 337.78m, the factor that influences the distance of the Fly Rock throw (stemming) with a value of 2.1 is the predicted value which is closest to the actual value using Richard and Moore's theory and from the proposed stemming value using R.L ash theory, the stemming value is obtained at 2.1 m with fly rock distance. The prediction is 47.5 m, so the safe distance can be reduced to 95m. The actual blasting geometry is in the form of a burden of 3.2 m, spacing of 3.66 m, hole depth of 5.68 m, stemming of 2.18 m, and fill column length of 3.5 m, with an average powder factor of 0, 35 kg/m3. Blasting geometry based on R.L. Ash, the recommended blasting geometry is obtained in the form of a burden of 3 m, spacing of 4.8 m, hole depth of 6.3 m, stemming of 2.1 m, and fill column length of 4.2 m, with an average powder factor of 0 .31 kg/m. The distance between the blasting area and the company's facilities is ± 500m, while the local settlement is ± 4 km so it is safe from the furthest fly rock throw (337.78 m) and does not exceed the safe distance threshold of Ministerial Decree 1287 regulations.
