Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui level mantangan yang terbaik di dalam wafer ransum komplit (WRK) ditinjauan dari NH3, CH4 dan pH di dalam rumen diukur secara In-Vitro. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan. P0: 60% Kolonjono + 0% Mantangan + 40% Konsentrat; P1: 40% Kolonjono + 20% Mantangan + 40% Konsentrat; P2: 20% kolonjono + 40% Mantangan + 40% Konsentrat; P3: 0% Kolonjono + 60% mantangan + 40% konsentrat. Bahan pakan hijauan dicacah, dikeringkan dan digiling hingga ukuran 2mm. Tiap bahan ditimbang sesuai proporsi di dalam perlakuan, dicampur merata, dikukus selama 15 menit dan dicetak dengan alat pencetak press wafer. Dengan dimensi tinggi 4 cm, lingkaran 21 cm dan diameter 10 cm. WRK disimpan disuhu ruang selama 2 hari. Sebanyak 1g sampel ditimbang ke dalam botol serum dan diinkubasikan dengan 40 ml anaerobic medium (32 ml buffer + 8 ml cairan rumen) pada suhu 39˚C selama 72 jam. Data dianalisis ragam (ANOVA) sesuai rancangan dalam percobaan RAL. Jika terdapat pengaruh yang nyata maka dilakukan Uji Duncan. Analisis ragam menunjukan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap produksi ammonia (NH3), gas metan (CH4) dan pH. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa level mantangan pada wafer ransum komplit tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap produksi ammonia (NH3), produksi gas metana (CH4) dan pH. This research aims to determine the best level of ex-gan in complete ration wafers (WRK) in terms of NH3, CH4 and pH inside Rumen was measured in-vitro. This research was carried out based on design Completely Randomized (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. P0: 60% Kolonjono + 0% Mantangan + 40% Concentrate; P1: 40% Kolonjono + 20% Mantangan + 40% Concentrate; P2: 20% kolonjono + 40% Mantangan + 40% Concentrate; P3: 0% Kolonjono + 60% exgane + 40% concentrate. Forage ingredients are chopped, dried and ground to a size of 2mm. Each ingredient is weighed according to proportion in the treatment, mixed evenly, steamed for 15 minutes and molded with wafer press printing equipment. With dimensions of 4 cm height, 21 cm circle and diameter 10 cm. WRK was stored at room temperature for 2 days. A total of 1g sample weighed into a serum bottle and incubated with 40 ml anaerobic medium (32 ml buffer + 8 ml rumen fluid) at 39˚C for 72 hours. Data analysis of variance (ANOVA) according to the design in the RAL experiment. If there is If there is a real influence, the Duncan test is carried out. Analysis of variance shows that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on ammonia production (NH3), methane gas (CH4) and pH. From this research it can be concluded that level Exercising on complete ration wafers has no effect on ammonia production (NH3), methane gas production (CH4) and pH.
