Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakteristik sosial ekonomi pedagang sate Madura di Kota Jambi dan bagaimana pengaruh modal operasional, lama usaha, jam kerja, harga, dan jumlah porsi terjual terhadap pendapatan pedagang sate Madura di Kota Jambi. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survey yang melakukan pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner dari para pedagang sate Madura. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa modal operasional, lama usaha, jam kerja, harga, dan jumlah porsi terjual secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang sate Madura dengan nilai R-squared 0,929059 yang artinya bahwa 92,90% yaitu modal operasional, lama usaha, jam kerja, harga, dan jumlah porsi terjual dalam menjelaskan variabel pendapatan pedagang sate Madura sedangkan sisanya sebesar 7,10% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar dari penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan, Modal Operasional, Lama Usaha, Jam Kerja, Harga, dan Jumlah Porsi terjual ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the socio-economic characteristics of Madurese satay traders in Jambi City and how operational capital, length of business, working hours, prices, and number of portions sold affect the income of Madurese satay traders in Jambi City. This thesis is a quantitative research with a survey research method that collects primary data in the form of interviews and distributing questionnaires to Madura satay traders. The analysis tool in this study uses the multiple linear regression analysis method with the Eviews 12 program. The results of this study indicate that operational capital, length of business, working hours, price, and number of portions sold simultaneously affect the income of Madura satay traders with an R square value of 0.929059, which means that 92.90%, namely operational capital, length of business, working hours, price, and number of portions sold explain the income variable of Madura satay traders, while the remaining 7.10% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
