Abstract

Amfibi merupakan satwa yang hidup didua alam yaitu air dan darat. Amfibi tergolong satwa berdarah dingin (poikiloterm) dengan arti suhu tubuh amfibi sangat bergantung kepada suhu lingkungan yang ditempati. Anura merupakan bagian dari keragaman hayati yang menempati berbagai habitat perairan, daratan, arboreal dan serasah. Anura menjadi bioindikator lingkungan sebagai predator hama dan serangga atau hewan invertebrata lainnya. Pulau Sumatera memiliki 116 jenis anura termasuk 30 marga dan 6 famili. Cagar Alam Bukit Tambi (CABT) yang menjadi habitat berbagai jenis amfibi ordo anura pada 3 tipe habitat yaitu hutan alami, area pemulihan ekosistem dan transisi kebun sawit. BKSDA Jambi (2023) menyatakan jenis vertebrata yang terdapat di Cagar Alam Bukit Tambi antara lain, kadal, katak dan kodok. Jenis amfibi ordo anura bisa hidup pada habitat yang terganggu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Mei sampai Juli 2024 di Cagar Alam Bukit Tambi menggunakan metode Visual Encounter Survey (VES) dan Capture Mark Realese (CMR) dikombinasikan dengan metode transek jalur secara purposive sampling. Jalur transek sebanyak 6 jalur mengikuti aliran air dilakukan 2 kali pengulangan. Amfibi ordo anura yang didapat akan didokumentasikan, diidentifikasi jenis dan pengukuran Snout Vent Length (SVL) setiap individu serta dilepaskan kembali. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah indeks keanekaragaman jenis, indeks kemerataan jenis, indeks kekayaan jenis dan indeks kesamaan komunitas. Hasil penelitian pada Kawasan Cagar Alam Bukit Tambi dengan meletakkan tiga tipe habitat yaitu hutan alami, area pemulihan ekosistem dan transisi kebun sawit ditemukan 96 individu terdiri dari 15 jenis dan 4 famili. Amphibians are animals that live in two realms, namely water and land. Amphibians are classified as cold-blooded animals (poikilotherms), meaning that the amphibian's body temperature is very dependent on the temperature of the environment they live in. Anura is part of biodiversity that occupies various aquatic, terrestrial, arboreal and litter habitats. Anura is an environmental bioindicator as a predator of pests and insects or other invertebrate animals. Sumatra Island has 116 types of anuras including 30 genera and 6 families. The Bukit Tambi Nature Reserve (CABT) is a habitat for various types of amphibians of the anura order in 3 habitat types, namely natural forests, ecosystem restoration areas and oil palm plantation transitions. BKSDA Jambi (2023) stated that the types of vertebrates found in the Bukit Tambi Nature Reserve include lizards, frogs and toads. Types of amphibians in the order Anura can live in disturbed habitats. This research was carried out from May to July 2024 in the Bukit Tambi Nature Reserve using the Visual Encounter Survey (VES) and Capture Mark Realese (CMR) methods combined with the path transect method using purposive sampling. The 6 transect paths following the water flow were carried out 2 times. The amphibians of the Anura order that are obtained will be documented, identified the type and Snout Vent Length (SVL) of each individual and released again. The data analysis used is the species diversity index, species evenness index, species richness index and community similarity index. The results of research in the Bukit Tambi Nature Reserve Area by placing three types of habitat, namely natural forest, ecosystem restoration area and oil palm plantation transition, found 96 individuals consisting of 15 types and 4 families.
