Abstract
Modul ajar adalah perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan berdasarkan pada kurikulum untuk mencapai standar kompetensi yang sudah ditentukan. Menyusun modul ajar ialah kemampuan guru yang wajib dikembangkan, supaya teknik mengajar lebih efektif, efisien, dan sesuai dengan pembahasan dari indikator pencapaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan menyusun modul ajar kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar kelas I dan IV SD N 212/IX Sarang burung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenalogi Kesulitan dalam menyusun modul ajar kurikulum merdeka yang didapati di SD N 212/IX Sarang Burung yaitu: a) Kurangnya sarana sekolah seperti buku paket kurikulum merdeka, b) Pelatihan mengenai menyusun modul ajar yang kurang, c) Sulitnya menentukan komponenkomponen dalam menyusun modul ajar seperti capaian pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran, membuat metode pembelajaran, menentukan media yang tepat serta penyusunan asesmen. Upaya guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan dalam menyusun modul ajar kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar yaitu: a) Mencari sumber referensi lain, b) Belajar mandiri seperti dari media digital internet, serta dapat juga saling tanya teman guru dari KKG. Guru juga harus meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogiknya, kerja sama antara guru satu dengan guru lainnya dari luar sekolah juga bisa. Dan ikut pelatihan yang dibuat pemerintah atau dari sekolah maupun diluar sekolah untuk menambahkan wawasan. c) Berdiskusi atau kerja sama dengan guru lain serta guru harus aktif. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka, Modul Ajar, Kesulitan Teaching modules are learning tools used based on the curriculum to achieve predetermined competency standards. Developing teaching modules is a teacher's ability that must be developed, so that teaching techniques are more effective, efficient and in accordance with the discussion of achievement indicators. This research aims to describe teachers' difficulties in overcoming the difficulties of compiling independent curriculum teaching modules in grade I and IV elementary schools at SD N 212/IX Bird's Nest. This type of research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Difficulties in compiling independent curriculum teaching modules found at SD N 212/IX Sarang Burung are: a) Lack of school facilities such as independent curriculum package books, b) Lack of training regarding compiling teaching modules, c ) The difficulty of determining the components in compiling teaching modules such as learning outcomes, learning objectives, creating learning methods, determining appropriate media and preparing assessments. Teachers' efforts to overcome difficulties in compiling independent curriculum teaching modules in elementary schools are: a) Looking for other reference sources, b) Studying independently such as from internet digital media, and also asking fellow teachers from the KKG. Teachers must also improve their pedagogical competence, collaboration between one teacher and other teachers from outside the school is also possible. And take part in training provided by the government or from school or outside school to add insight. c) Discuss or collaborate with other teachers and teachers must be active.
