Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah : 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Desa Muara Jambi Kecamatan Maro Sebo. 2) Untuk mengetahui kepuasan petani padi sawah terhadap pelaksanaan kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Desa Muara Jambi Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. 3) Untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat hubungan pelaksanaan kinerja penyuluh pertanian dengan tingkat kepuasan petani padi sawah di Desa Muara Jambi Kabupaten Maro Sebo. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2024, di Desa Muara Jambi Kecamatan Maro Sebo. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis uji chi-square dengan kontingensi 2x2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Hasil pelaksanaan penyuluh pertanian di Desa Muara Jambi Kecamatan Maro Sebo tergolong tinggi dengan hasil persentase : 81,25%. 2) Kepuasan petani padi sawah di Desa Muara Jambi tergolong tinggi dengan persentase : (Tangible) 82,5%, (Reliability) 68,75%, (Responsiveness) 80%, (Assurance) 81,25%, (Empathy) 81,25%. 3) Berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang nyata antara pelaksanaan penyuluh pertanian terhadap kepuasan petani padi sawah di Desa Muara Jambi Kecamatan Maro Sebo. Kata Kunci : Pelaksanaan, Penyuluh Pertanian, Kepuasan, Petani, Padi Sawah The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out how the performance of agricultural instructors is implemented in Muara Jambi Village, Maro Sebo District. 2) To determine the satisfaction of rice farmers with the implementation of the performance of agricultural instructors in Muara Jambi Village, Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency. 3) To analyze whether there is a relationship between the performance of agricultural instructors and the level of satisfaction of rice farmers in Muara Jambi Village, Maro Sebo Regency. This research was conducted from May to June 2024, in Muara Jambi Village, Maro Sebo District. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and chi-square test analysis with 2x2 contingency. The results of the research show that: 1) The results of the implementation of agricultural extension in Muara Jambi Village, Maro Sebo District are relatively high with a percentage result of: 81.25%. 2) Satisfaction of rice farmers in Muara Jambi Village is relatively high with percentages: (Tangible) 82.5%, (Reliability) 68.75%, (Responsiveness) 80%, (Assurance) 81.25%, (Empathy) 81.25%. 3) Based on the results of the chi-square test, it was found that there was a real relationship between the implementation of agricultural extension services and the satisfaction of lowland rice farmers in Muara Jambi Village, Maro Sebo District.
