Abstract

Latar Belakang Pemerintah saat ini telah mengupayakan reformasi dengan penerapan electronic government. Salah satu penerapan e-government yang telah dilakukan pemerintah antara lain pemberian layanan kesehatan secara penuh kepada masyarakat dengan konsep yang di kembangkan dalam bidang kesehatan salah satunya yaitu penerapan e-government di puskesmas dengan menggunakan aplikasi Mobile Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang di kembangkan langsung oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektivitasan Aplikasi Mobile JKN di Puskesmas Muaro Kumpeh Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Metodologi Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari jumlah peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Muaro Kumpeh Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian yaitu menggunakan non probability sampling. Pada teknik pengumpulan sampelnya digunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil : Dari hasil analisis menggunakan rumus efektivitas di dapat bahwa efektivitas variabel informasi pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN sebesar 62,93%, Interaksi pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN sebesar 65,70%, Transaksi pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN sebesar 63,97%, Kolaborasi pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN sebesar 61,73%, Optimalisasi pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN sebesar 56,80%, dan Efektivitas Aplikasi Mobile JKN sebesar 65,29%. Kesimpulan : Aplikasi Mobile JKN dianggap sudah efektif dengan nilai persentase 60% yaitu 65,29%. One of the e-government applications that has been carried out by the government includes providing full health services to the community with concepts developed in the health sector, one of which is the implementation of e-government in community health centers using the National Health Insurance (JKN) Mobile application which was developed directly by the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the JKN Mobile Application at the Muaro Kumpeh Community Health Center, Muaro Jambi Regency. Research Methods : This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study is part of the number of National Health Insurance participants in the Muaro Kumpeh Health Center Working Area, Muaro Jambi Regency. The technique used in sampling in the study is using non- probability sampling. The sample collection technique used accidental sampling. Results : From the results of the analysis using the effectiveness formula, it was found that the effectiveness of the information variable on the JKN Mobile Application was 62.93%, Interaction on the JKN Mobile Application was 65.70%, Transactions on the JKN Mobile Application were 63.97%, Collaboration on the JKN Mobile Application was 61.73%, Optimization on the JKN Mobile Application was 56.80%, and Effectiveness of the JKN Mobile Application was 65.29%. Conclusion : The JKN Mobile Application is considered effective with a percentage value of 60%, namely 65.29%.
