Abstract
Sistem kelistrikan bertegangan tinggi sangat penting untuk memastikan pasokan listrik yang stabil dan efisien, namun peningkatan kapasitas dan jaringan membawa risiko gangguan yang dapat memicu pemadaman besar. Keandalan sistem tenaga listrik bergantung pada kemampuan bertahan terhadap gangguan mendadak, seperti kehilangan unit pembangkit atau putusnya saluran transmisi. Analisis kontingensi (N-1) digunakan untuk memprediksi kondisi sistem dan mengidentifikasi masalah, serta merancang langkah mitigasi yang meningkatkan keandalan pasokan listrik. Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis kontingensi subsistem Jambi 150 kV berbasis (Performansi Indeks/PI) menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP 19.0.1 dengan metode aliran daya Newton-Raphson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa saluran transmisi Muara Bulian - Aurduri memiliki Performansi Indeks tertinggi (4,3382), sedangkan saluran Aurduri – Muara Sabak memiliki Performansi Indeks terendah (1,4754). Simulasi kontingensi pada saluran Aurduri – Muara Bulian mengakibatkan terjadinya tegangan rendah (undervoltage) pada bus Sarolangun dan Muara Bulian dengan nilai tegangan aktual sebesar 130,376 kV dan 131,193 kV. Selain itu, kontingensi ini juga memicu redistribusi aliran daya yang mengakibatkan peningkatan beban sebesar 20,42% pada saluran transmisi Muara Tebo – Aurduri. Sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan undervoltage pada bus Sarolangun dan Muara Bulian, pemasangan kapasitor shunt dengan kapasitas 5,807 MVar dan 23,074 MVar disarankan. Kata Kunci : Kontingensi, Saluran Transmisi, ETAP 19.0.1, Perfomansi Indeks, Newton-Raphson, Aliran Daya, Mitigasi High-voltage electrical systems are crucial to ensure a stable and efficient power supply; however, the increase in capacity and networks brings risks of disturbances that can trigger major outages. The reliability of the power system depends on its ability to withstand sudden disturbances, such as the loss of generating units or the failure of transmission lines. Contingency analysis (N-1) is used to predict system conditions, identify problems, and design mitigation measures that improve power supply reliability. This study focuses on contingency analysis of the Jambi 150 kV subsystem based on the Performance Index (PI) using ETAP 19.0.1 software with the Newton-Raphson power flow method. The analysis results show that the Muara Bulian - Aurduri transmission line has the highest Performance Index (4.3382), while the Aurduri - Muara Sabak line has the lowest Performance Index (1.4754). Contingency simulation on the Aurduri - Muara Bulian line results in low voltage (undervoltage) at the Sarolangun and Muara Bulian buses with actual voltage values of 130.376 kV and 131.193 kV. Additionally, this contingency also triggers power flow redistribution, resulting in a 20.42% increase in load on the Muara Tebo - Aurduri transmission line. As a solution to address the undervoltage issue at the Sarolangun and Muara Bulian buses, the installation of shunt capacitors with a capacity of 5.807 MVar and 23.074 MVar is recommended.
