Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pemilihan Anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Pasar Terusan Kecamatan Muara Bulian Berdasarkan Peraturan daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2017 Tentang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa di Kabupaten Batang Hari, 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kendala dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Pasar Terusan Kecamatan Muara Bulian. Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2017 Tentang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa di Kabupaten Batang Hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian yuridis empiris dan adapun tata cara penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pelaksanaan pemilihan anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Pasar terusan Kecamatan Muara Bulian belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, bahwa belum setiap RT memiliki perwakilan, selain itu keterwakilan perempuan masih sedikit atau bahkan terkadang tidak ada 2) adanya kendalakendala dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Pasar Terusan Kecamatan Muara Bulian yaitu karena kesiapan Desa baik itu dari segi waktu, keuangan dan SDM yang tidak dimiliki secara optimal oleh Desa Pasar terusan Karena kondisi baru dimekarkan. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Pemilihan, Anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) ABSTRACT This research aims 1) to find out and analyze the implementation of the election of Village Consultative Body (BPD) members in Pasar Terusan Village, Muara Bulian District Based on Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2017 concerning Regional Consultative Bodies in Batang hari Regency, 2) to find out and analyze obstacles in implementation Election of Village Consultative Body (BPD) Members in Pasar Terusan Village, Muara Bulian District Based on Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2017 concerning Regional Consultative Body in Batang Hari Regency. The research method used is the empins juridical research type and the procedure for sampling is carried out by Purposive Sampling. The results of the research show that 1) the implementation of the election of members of the Regional Consultative Body (BPD) in Pasar terusan Village, Muara Bulian District has not gone as it should, that it has not every RT has a representative, apart from that, women's representation is still small or sometimes even non-existent. 2) there are obstacles in the implementation of the election of members of the Regional Consultative Body (BPD) in Pasar terusan Village, Muara Bulian District, namely due to the Village's readiness both in terms of time and finances. and human resources that Pasar Terusan Village does not have optimally due to the conditions of its new expansion.
