Abstract
ABSTRAK Aripa (2024) Pengaruh Motivasi dan Intensitas Partisipasi Siswa dalam OSIS (Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah) terhadap Peningkatan Hard Skill dan Soft Skill di SMAN 2 Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Intensitas Partisipasi, Hard Skill, Soft Skill Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam dunia pendidikan maupun dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, menuntut siswa untuk terus beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan global. Melalui motivasi dan partisipasi yang intensif mengikuti kegiatan OSIS, siswa dapat mempersiapkan diri menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan lebih baik, khususnya melalui pengembangan Hard Skill dan Soft Skill yang diperoleh dari pengalaman berorganisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji hipotesis korelasi ganda dan sederhana, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi dan intensitas partisipasi siswa terhadap pengembangan Hard Skill dan Soft Skill. Dalamupenelitianuini, sampel akan mencakup semuaupeserta didik yang tergabung dalam anggota OSIS tahun 2023/2024 SMAN 2 Kabupaten Muaro Jambi berjumlah 180uOrang denganurincian 32 orang pengurus Inti, 80 orang anggota kelas XI dan 68 orang anggota kelas X yang diambil dari Teknik total sampling yaitu semua populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner berskala likert dan rekapitulasi kehadiran partisipasi mengikuti kegiatan OSIS. Teknik Analisis mengunakan analisi korelasi sederhana dan berganda, sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan kesimpulan (1) Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi siswa terhadap pengembangan Hard Skill di SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi sebesar 51,1%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi siswa terhadap pengembangan Soft Skill di SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi sebesar 60%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh partisipasi siswa dalam OSIS terhadap pengembangan Hard Skill di SMAN 2 Kabupaten Muaro Jambi sebesar 49,6%. (4) Terdapat pengaruh partisipasi siswa dalam OSIS terhadap pengembangan Soft Skill di SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi sebesar 41,1%. (5) Terdapat pengaruh secara Bersama-sama Motivasi dan partisipasi siswa dalam OSIS terhadap kemampuan Hard Skill di SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi sebesar 62%. (6) Terdapat pengaruh secara Bersama-sama Motivasi dan partisipasi siswa dalam OSIS terhadap kemampuan Soft Skill di SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi sebesar 64,1%. Keywords: Motivation, Intensity of Participation, Hard Skill, Soft Skill The challenges faced in the world of education and in social life require students to continue to adapt to technological advances and global changes. Through intensive motivation and participation in OSIS activities, students can prepare themselves to face these challenges better, especially through the development of Hard Skills and Soft Skills obtained from organizational experience. This type of research is quantitative research with multiple and simple correlation hypothesis tests, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation and intensity of student participation on the development of Hard Skills and Soft Skills. In this study, the sample will include all students who are members of the OSIS in 2023/2024 at SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi Regency totaling 180 people with details of 32 Core administrators, 80 class XI members and 68 class X members taken from the total sampling technique, namely all populations become research samples. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and a recapitulation of attendance and participation in OSIS activities. Analysis techniques using simple and multiple correlation analysis, before the hypothesis test is carried out, the analysis requirements test is carried out, namely the normality and homogeneity tests. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that (1) There is an influence of student motivation on the development of Hard Skills at SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi of 51.1%. (2) There is an influence of student motivation on the development of Soft Skills at SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi of 60%. (3) There is an influence of student participation in OSIS on the development of Hard Skills at SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi Regency of 49.6%. (4) There is an influence of student participation in OSIS on the development of Soft Skills at SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi of 41.1%. (5) There is a joint influence of student motivation and participation in OSIS on Hard Skill abilities at SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi of 62%. (6) There is a joint influence of student motivation and participation in OSIS on Soft Skill abilities at SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi of 64.1%.
