Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: 1) realisasi pendapatan dan belanja dana desa di Desa Dolok Nagodang; 2) efisiensi pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Dolok Nagodang dan 3) efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Dolok Nagodang Kecamatan Uluan Kabupaten Toba. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series yang bersumber dari data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realisasi pendapatan dana desa di Desa Dolok Nagodang sebesar 100% dengan rata-rata target pendapatan Desa Dolok Nagodang selama tahun 2016-2023 sebesar Rp.949.463.878,-/tahun dan realisasi sebesar Rp.949.463.878,-/tahun. Selanjutnya realisasi belanja dana Desa Dolok Nagodang sebesar 91,10% dengan rata-rata target belanja sebesar Rp.942.413.018,-/tahun dengan rata-rata realisasi belanja sebesar Rp.858.522.750,-/tahun. Efisiensi pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Dolok Nagodang Kecamatan Uluan Kabupaten Toba sebesar 90,07% dan berada pada kategori kurang efisien. Efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Dolok Nagodang Kecamatan Uluan Kabupaten Toba sebesar 91,10% dan berada pada kategori efektif. Kesimpulan pengelolaan dana Desa Dolok Nagodang sudah efektif, tetapi masih kurang efisien. Kata kunci : efektivitas, efisiensi, dana desa The aim of this research is to analyze: 1) the realization of village fund income and expenditure in Dolok Nagodang Village; 2) efficiency of village fund management in Dolok Nagodang Village and 3) effectiveness of village fund management in Dolok Nagodang Village, Uluan District, Toba Regency. The type of research is quantitative descriptive. The data used in this research is time series data sourced from secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively. The results of the research show that the realization of village fund income in Dolok Nagodang Village is 100% with the average income target for Dolok Nagodang Village during 2016-2023 amounting to Rp. 949,463,878,-/year and realization of Rp. 949,463,878,-/ year. Furthermore, the realization of Dolok Nagodang Village fund expenditure was 91.10% with an average expenditure target of Rp. 942,413,018,-/year with an average expenditure realization of Rp. 858,522,750,-/year. The efficiency of village fund management in Dolok Nagodang Village, Uluan District, Toba Regency is 90.07% and is in the less efficient category. The effectiveness of village fund management in Dolok Nagodang Village, Uluan District, Toba Regency is 91.10% and is in the effective category.
