Abstract

ABSTRAK : Bungur (Lagerstroemia speciosa) adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Lythraceae. Kayu bungur memliki kekuatan kayu kelas I-II dan keawetan kelas II-III biasanya kayu ini digunakan untuk kayu bangunan perumahan hingga furniture, ekstrak bungur berfungsi sebagai obat anti diabetes dan mencegah komplikasi pengobatan tanpa efek samping. Berdasarkan manfaat yang diperoleh dari tanaman bungur sehingga kegiatan budidaya tanaman bungur cukup penting untuk dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis interaksi antara pengaruh media tanam dan pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) limbah cair tahu terhadap pertumbuhan bibit bungur, untuk menganalisis komposisi media tanam terbaik pada pertumbuhan bibit bungur serta untuk menganalisis dosis POC limbah cair tahu terbaik pada pertumbuhan bibit bungur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 4 bulan dari Februari hingga Mei 2024. Data diambil dengan melakukan pengukuran untuk mengetahui interaksi antara media tanam dan pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) limbah cair tahu terhadap pertumbuhan bungur. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara media tanam dan pemberian POC limbah cair tahu tidak nyata terhadap semua variabel yang diamati pada bibit bungur. Pemberian perlakuan tunggal POC limbah cair tahu berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap variabel pengamatan tinggi tanaman berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter dan berat kering tajuk. Pemberian perlakuan tunggal POC limbah cair tahu tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, berat kering akar dan rasio pucuk akar. Untuk perlakuan tunggal pemberian media tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan berat kering akar berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi, diameter dan sangat berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat kering tajuk tanaman bungur. perlakuan tunggal pemberian media tanam tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, berat kering akar dan rasio pucuk akar. SUMMARY: Bungur (Lagerstroemia speciosa) is one of the plant species of the Lythraceae family. Bungur wood has the strength of class I-II wood and the durability of class II-III Usually this wood is used for wood of residential buildings to furniture, bungur extract functions as an anti-diabetic drug and prevents treatment complications without side effects. Based on the benefits obtained from the bungur plant, it is quite important to carry out bungur plant cultivation activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the interaction between the influence of planting media and the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) of tofu liquid waste on the growth of bungur seedlings, to analyze the composition of the best planting medium on the growth of bungur seedlings and to analyze the best tofu liquid waste POC dose on the growth of bungur seedlings. This research was conducted for 4 months from February to May 2024. Data were taken by measuring to determine the interaction between planting media and the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) of tofu liquid waste on the growth of manure. The results showed that the interaction between planting media and liquid waste POC application was not real on all variables observed in bungur seedlings. The application of a single treatment of POC of tofu liquid waste had a very real effect on the variable of plant height observation had a real effect on the diameter and dry weight of the head. The application of a single treatment of liquid tofu POC had no real effect on the number of leaves, dry weight of roots and the ratio of root shoots. For a single treatment, the application of planting medium had a very obvious effect on the growth of dry weight of roots, had a significant effect on height, diameter and had a significant effect on the dry weight of the crown of bungur plants. The single treatment of planting medium did not have a significant effect on the number of leaves, dry weight of roots and the ratio of root shoots.
