Abstract

SIPADUKO Jambi City Population Administration Service Information System aims to provide convenience to the community in terms of population administration services in order to realize fast, transparent and happy public services. This study aims to find out how the principles of digital government in the Sipaduko application in the Jambi City Population and Civil Registration office. This research uses the theory of Digital Government according to the OECD 2020. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the principles of digital government in the SiPaduko application have been running well. In the Digital be Design indicator, with the Digital By Design approach, data security, and community participation, the government not only designs and develops the system but also ensures that the service can be easily accessed by the public through various channels, including online and face-to-face. On the Data-Driven indicator (Data-Driven Public Sector). With a centralized system and strict access policies, it is hoped that individual privacy can be well protected and data misuse can be minimized. By utilizing data effectively, government agencies can make better decisions and improve public services. In the Open By Default indicator, the efforts of the Jambi City Dukcapil Office in implementing the SiPaduko application and conducting effective socialization reflect a step forward towards a government that is more open, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the community. The User Driven indicator, in the design and delivery of user-based digital services, shows that the involvement of the community and the business world from the beginning is the key to creating effective and responsive public services. In the Government As A Platform indicator, through various complaint channels, including the SiKesal application and social media, the public can provide valuable input. Reflecting a step forward towards a more responsive and inclusive digital government. By involving the community in the public service process and utilizing technology optimally. In the Proactive indicator, conduct periodic evaluations of the SiPaduko application every three months.
