Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi yang terletak di Kelurahan Pijoan Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Provinsi Jambi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru. (2) Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru (3) Pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini tergolong pada jenis penelitian survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket, metode ini dipilih karena penelitian ini lebih mudah dilaksanakan menggunakan metode survei sehingga mempercepat proses penelitian. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu yang terdiri dari 77 guru di SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik sampling total/sensus sebagai teknik dalam pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada model summary diperoleh angka R Square sebesar 0,329 atau 32,9%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru sebesar 32,9%., (2) hasil perhitungan pada model summary diperoleh angka R Square sebesar 0,582 atau 58,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja guru sebesar 58,2%., (3) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada model summary diperoleh angka R Square sebesar 0,667 atau 66,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersamaan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan iklim organisasi dengan kinerja guru sebesar 66,7%. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi, located in Kelurahan Pijoan, Jambi Luar Kota District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. The aim of this study is to determine: (1) The effect of pedagogical competence on teacher performance. (2) The effect of organizational climate on teacher performance. (3) The combined effect of pedagogical competence and organizational climate on teacher performance. The research method used is a quantitative research method. This study falls under the category of survey research using questionnaires, as this method is more practical and facilitates a faster research process. The population and sample of this study consist of 77 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. The study employs a non-probability sampling technique with total sampling/census as the sampling method. The research findings indicate that: (1) Based on the calculation results in the model summary, an R Square value of 0.329 or 32.9% was obtained. This indicates that pedagogical competence has an influence on teacher performance by 32.9%. (2) The calculation results in the model summary show an R Square value of 0.582 or 58.2%, indicating that the organizational climate influences teacher performance by 58.2%. (3) Based on the calculation results in the model summary, an R Square value of 0.667 or 66.7% was obtained. This indicates that the combined effect of pedagogical competence and organizational climate on teacher performance is 66.7%.
