Pengembangan e-Modul Berbasis Problem Based Learning pada Materi Konfigurasi Elektron untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa, Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Kimia, Pascasarjana Universitas Jambi.Pembimbing I: Dr. Dra. Wilda Syahri, M.Pd. Pembimbing II: Dr. Diah Rizki Gusti, S.Si., M.Si. Kata Kunci: E-modul, Problem-Based Learning, konfigurasi elektron, berpikir kritis, pendidikan kimia. Problem-Based Learning (PBL) yang diterapkan dalam media pembelajaran digital memberikan pendekatan inovatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini mengembangkan e-modul yang dirancang untuk membantu siswa SMA memahami konfigurasi elektron melalui pembelajaran yang interaktif dan berbasis masalah. Dengan menerapkan model ADDIE—Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi—studi ini dilakukan di SMAN 7 Batanghari dengan partisipasi siswa fase E. Data diperoleh melalui validasi ahli, penilaian guru, serta respons siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-modul mendapatkan skor tinggi dari ahli materi (90,58%), ahli media (86,5%), dan guru (92%). Respons siswa juga sangat positif, dengan tingkat penerimaan rata-rata 88,79% pada fase E2 dan 88,24% pada fase E6. Analisis pre-test dan post-test mengonfirmasi peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, dengan distribusi data yang teruji normal. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan efektivitas e-modul berbasis PBL dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran kimia serta potensinya untuk diadopsi lebih luas dalam pendidikan digital. Problem-Based Learning (PBL) applied in digital learning media provides an innovative approach to improving students' critical thinking skills. This study develops an e-module designed to help high school students understand electron configuration through interactive and problem-based learning. By implementing the ADDIE model—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—this study was conducted at SMAN 7 Batanghari with the participation of phase E students. Data were obtained through expert validation, teacher assessment, and student responses. The validation results showed that the e-module received high scores from material experts (90.58%), media experts (86.5%), and teachers (92%). Student responses were also very positive, with an average acceptance rate of 88.79% in phase E2 and 88.24% in phase E6. Pre-test and post-test analysis confirmed a significant increase in students' critical thinking skills, with a normal distribution of data. The results of this study confirm the effectiveness of the PBL-based e-module in improving students' understanding and engagement in chemistry learning and its potential for wider adoption in digital education.
