Abstract

Populasi ternak kambing di Kabupaten Tebo mengalami fluktuasi yang signifikan dalam rentan waktu 5 tahun dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2021, upaya dalam meningkatkan populasi kambing dan mengatasi kesenjangan serta meningkatkan perekonomian di Kabupaten Tebo khususnya Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu dijalankan melalui Usulan Program Pembangunan Daerah Pemilihan (UP2DP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan program bantuan ternak kambing UP2DP melalui dana APBD dan APBN di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu dan membandingkan perbedaan program bantuan UP2DP melalui dana APBD dan APBN pada kelompok penerima bantuan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan responden sebanyak 60 peternak secara sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder sedangkan data analisis menggunakan Uji T (Independent Samples Test). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari analisis penilaian evaluasi CIPP (context, input, procces, and product) pada kelompok penerima, program bantuan ternak kambing yang didanai APBD termasuk pada kategori berhasil (63,8) sedangkan pada program bantuan ternak kambing yang didanai APBN termasuk dalam kategori cukup berhasil (51,87) dan terdapat perbedaan antara kedua program bantuan ternak kambing kambing melalui dana APBD dan APBN berdasarkan hasil Uji Perbedaan Independent Samples T Test dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,05 The goat population in Tebo Regency experienced significant fluctuations in a period of 5 years from 2017 to 2021, efforts to increase the goat population and overcome the gap and improve the economy in Tebo Regency, especially Rimbo Ulu District, were carried out through the Proposed Electoral District Development Program (UP2DP). This study aims to determine the level of success of the UP2DP goat livestock assistance program through APBD and APBN funds in Rimbo Ulu District and to compare the differences in the UP2DP assistance program through APBD and APBN funds in the recipient group. The method used in this study is a survey method using 60 respondents from the census. This study uses primary and secondary data while the data analysis uses the T Test (Independent Samples Test). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that from the analysis of the CIPP (context, input, process, and product) evaluation assessment in the recipient group, the goat livestock assistance program funded by the APBD is included in the successful category (63.8) while the goat livestock assistance program funded by the APBN is included in the fairly successful category (51.87) and there is a difference between the two goat livestock assistance programs through APBD and APBN funds based on the results of the Independent Samples T Test Difference Test with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05
