Abstract

Pemberian ASI eksklusif bertujuan untuk pemenuhan hak bayi mendapatkan ASI eksklusif sejak lahir sampai batas berusia 6 bulan dengan memperhatikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Ada sebagian ibu mungkin saja mengalami kesulitan dalam pengeluaran ASI salah satunya payudara terasa kencang dan penuh. Diagnosa keperawatan utama pada pasien pemenuhan laktasi mengacu pada teoritis yang berfokus pada menyusui tidak efektif. Menyusui tidak efektif adalah kondisi ibu dan bayi mengalami ketidakpuasaan atau kesukaran pada proses menyusui. Intervensi menggunakan buku SLKI dan SIKI meliputi menyusui tidak efektif Implementasi sesuai dengan intervensi yaitu pijat laktasi. Hari pertama menjelaskan tujuan, manfaat dan mendemonstrasi prosedur pijat laktasi, hari kedua dan ketiga melakukan pijat laktasi. Hasil intervensi didapatkan adanya pengaruh pemberian pijat laktasi terhadap pengeluaran ASI pada ibu postpartum. Kata kunci: Pijat Laktasi, ASI Eksklusif, Ibu Postpartum Exclusive breastfeeding aims to fulfill the baby's right to receive exclusive breast milk from birth until the age of 6 months, considering their growth and development. Some mothers may experience difficulties in expressing breast milk, one of which is when the breasts feel tight and full. The primary nursing diagnosis for lactation fulfillment in patients refers to a theoretical focus on ineffective breastfeeding. Ineffective breastfeeding is a condition where both the mother and the baby experience dissatisfaction or difficulties during the breastfeeding process. Interventions using the SLKI and SIKI books include ineffective breastfeeding. The implementation of the intervention involves lactation massage. On the first day, the goal, benefits, and procedure for lactation massage were explained and demonstrated. On the second and third days, lactation massage was performed.
