Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang sering ditemukan menginfeksi parenkim paru dan banyak menyerang kelompok usia ≥15 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB Paru pada usia ≥15 tahun di Indonesia berdasarkan data SKI 2023. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah secondary data analysis menggunakan data Survei Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2023 dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Juli – Maret 2025. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk usia ≥15 tahun dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 638.086. Analisis data menggunakan multivariat Regression Logistic. Hasil: Proporsi Tuberkulosis Paru pada usia ≥15 Tahun di Indonesia adalah 0,3%. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru yaitu usia [Adj POR = 1,64 (95% CI : 1,39 – 1,94)], jenis kelamin [Adj POR = 1,92 (95% CI : 1,65 – 2,25)], tingkat pendidikan [Adj POR = 1,59 (95% CI : 1,33 – 1,89)], klasifikasi tempat tinggal [Adj POR = 1,29 (95% CI : 1,09 – 1,52)], Diabetes Mellitus [Adj POR = 4,26 (95% CI : 3,32 – 5,46)], kepadatan hunian [Adj POR = 1,34 (95% CI : 1,05 – 1,70)], jenis dinding [Adj POR = 1,20 (95% CI : 1,01 – 1,43)] dan bahan bakar masak [Adj POR = 1,21 (95% CI : 1,00 – 1,47)]. Kesimpulan: Diabetes Mellitus merupakan faktor dominan kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru pada usia ≥15 tahun di Indonesia sehingga deteksi dini dan penanganan komorbid untuk menekan risiko TB Paru serta memperluas edukasi dan akses layanan bagi kelompok rentan perlu dilakukan. Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis, Faktor Risiko, ≥ 15 Tahun, Indonesia Background: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which commonly affects lung parenchyma and predominantly occurs in individuals aged ≥15 years. This study aims to identify factors associated with pulmonary TB incidence among individuals aged ≥15 years in Indonesia based on SKI 2023 data. Methods: This study is a secondary data analysis using the 2023 Indonesia Health Survey (SKI) with a cross-sectional study design conducted from July to March 2025. The study population includes individuals aged ≥15 years, with a total sample of 638.086. Data analysis was performed using multivariate logistic regression. Results: The proportion of pulmonary tuberculosis among individuals aged ≥15 years in Indonesia is 0.3%. Factors associated with pulmonary TB incidence include age [Adj POR = 1.64 (95% CI: 1.39–1.94)], sex [Adj POR = 1.92 (95% CI: 1.65–2.25)], education level [Adj POR = 1.59 (95% CI: 1.33–1.89)], residential classification [Adj POR = 1.29 (95% CI: 1.09–1.52)], Diabetes Mellitus [Adj POR = 4.26 (95% CI: 3.32–5.46)], household density [Adj POR = 1.34 (95% CI: 1.05–1.70)], wall type [Adj POR = 1.20 (95% CI: 1.01–1.43)], and cooking fuel [Adj POR = 1.21 (95% CI: 1.00–1.47)]. Conclusion: Diabetes Mellitus are the dominant factor in pulmonary TB incidence among individuals aged ≥15 years in Indonesia. Therefore, early detection and management of comorbidities, as well as expanding education and healthcare access for vulnerable groups, are necessary to reduce TB risk.
