Abstract

Duku (Lansium domesticum Corr.) merupakan tanaman tropis beriklim basah yang banyak hidup di Indonesia terutama di pulau Sumatera. Duku termasuk salah satu jenis buah tropis yang mempunyai nilai komersial cukup tinggi (Susilawati, 2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian berbagai kombinasi kompos dekanter solid dan konsentrasi asam humat cair, serta mencari kombinasi dosis terbaik bagi pertumbuhan bibit duku. Penelitian dilakukan di Teaching dan Research Farm Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jambi, Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota Provinsi Jambi selama 12 MST. Penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pola Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 ulangan, yaitu kombinasi dekanter solid (DS) dan asam humat cair dengan 9 taraf perlakuan, Kontrol dosis DS 0 ton/ha + asam humat cair 0% (P0), DS 0 ton/ha + asam humat cair 25% (P1), DS 0 ton/ha + asam humat cair 50% (P2), DS 10 ton/ha + asam humat cair 0% (P3), DS 10 ton/ha + asam humat cair 25% (P4), DS 10 ton/ha + asam humat cair 50% (P5), DS 15 ton/ha + asam humat cair 0% (P6), DS 15 ton/ha + asam humat cair 25% (P7), DS 15 ton/ha + asam humat cair 50% (P8), sehingga didapatkan 27 satuan percobaan. Setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 4 tanaman sehingga jumlah seluruhnya sebanyak 108 tanaman. Variable yang diamati adalah pertambahan tinggi tanaman, pertambahan jumlah daun, pertambahan diameter batang, panjang akar, bobot kering akar, bobot kering tajuk, indeks luas daun dan klorofil daun. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kombinasi dekanter solid dan asam humat cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman, pertambahan diameter batang, berat kering akar, berat kering tajuk dan klorofil daun,tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahan jumlah daun, panjang akar, dan indeks luas daun bibit duku. Pemberian dosis dekanter solid 10 ton/ha + konsentrasi asam humat cair 0% menunjukkan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik pada bibit duku. Duku (Lansium domesticum Corr.) is a tropical plant with a wet climate that grows abundantly in Indonesia, especially on the island of Sumatra. Duku is one type of tropical fruit that has a fairly high commercial value (Susilawati, 2017). This study aims to examine the effect of providing various combinations of solid decanter compost and liquid humic acid concentrations, as well as to find the best dose combination for the growth of duku seedlings. The study was conducted at the Teaching and Research Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jambi, Jambi Luar Kota District, Jambi Province for 12 MST. The study used statistical analysis with a Randomized Block Design (RAK) pattern with 3 replications, namely a combination of solid decanter (DS) and liquid humic acid with 9 treatment levels, Control dose DS 0 tons/ha + 0% liquid humic acid (P0), DS 0 tons/ha + 25% liquid humic acid (P1), DS 0 tons/ha + 50% liquid humic acid (P2), DS 10 tons/ha + 0% liquid humic acid (P3), DS 10 tons/ha + 25% liquid humic acid (P4), DS 10 tons/ha + 50% liquid humic acid (P5), DS 15 tons/ha + 0% liquid humic acid (P6), DS 15 tons/ha + 25% liquid humic acid (P7), DS 15 tons/ha + 50% liquid humic acid (P8), so that 27 experimental units were obtained. Each experimental unit consisted of 4 plants, so the total number was 108 plants. The variables observed were the increase in plant height, increase in the number of leaves, increase in stem diameter, root length, root dry weight, crown dry weight, leaf area index and leaf chlorophyll. The results showed that the administration of a combination of solid decanter and liquid humic acid had a significant effect on the increase in plant height, increase in stem diameter, root dry weight, crown dry weight and leaf chlorophyll, but had no significant effect on the increase in the number of leaves, root length, and leaf area index of duku seedlings. The administration of a solid decanter dose of 10 tons/ha + 0% liquid humic acid concentration showed the best growth and results in Duku seedlings.
