Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menilai sejauh mana kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder berbentuk time series dari tahun 2015 hingga 2023. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Metode Analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Perhitungan dengan menggunakan rasio derajat desentralisasi fiskal, rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah dan efektivitas PAD digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat kinerja keuangan daerah. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah tingkat Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan tahun 2015 – 2023. Rasio Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan sebesar 7.36 % berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah sebesar 10.09 % berada pada kategori rendah sekali. Rasio Efektivitas Keuangan Daerah sebesar 108 % yang berarti sangat efektif. The purpose of this study was to determine and assess the extent of the financial performance of the regional government of Humbang Hasundutan Regency. By using secondary data in the form of time series from 2015 to 2023. The data collection method used is documentation. The analysis method uses descriptive quantitative methods. Calculations using the ratio of the degree of fiscal decentralisation, the ratio of regional financial independence and the effectiveness of PAD are used to analyse the level of regional financial performance. The results obtained in this study are the level of Financial Performance of the Regional Government of Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2015 - 2023. The ratio of the Degree of Fiscal Decentralisation of Humbang Hasundutan Regency of 7.36% is in the very low category. The Regional Financial Independence Ratio of 10.09% is in the very low category. The Regional Financial Effectiveness Ratio is 108% which means it is very effective.
