Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) adalah pedoman yang harus dipatuhi oleh setiap puskesmas. SPM di bidang kesehatan ibu di Puskesmas Penyengat olak, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi belum mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui capaian Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) pada Pelayanan Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Penyengat Olak Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Analisis data menggunakan software NVivo. Hasil: Capaian spm kesehatan ibu hamil dipuskesmas Penyengat Olak terkait Aspek Input meliputi SDM sudah sesuai standar baik dari kualitas dan kuantitasnya. Sarana dan Prasarana sudah memadai dan sudah sesuai standar. Tetapi, masih memiliki kendala di puskesmas pada ruangan pemeriksaan nya yang kecil dan juga Dana sudah mencukupi dan bersumber dari BOK dan BLUD. Pada Aspek Proses meliputi Perencanaan Penetapan sasaran ibu hamil di puskesmas Penyengat Olak menggunakan data proyeksi dan data real serta Penetapan rencana kegiatan di puskesmas tersebut berbentuk RUK dan RPK. Pada Pelaksanaan standar kuantitas kunjungan ibu hamil (K6) sudah sesuai standar namun masih terdapat kendala dan standar kualitas pemeriksaan 10T pada pelayanan antenatal di Puskesmas Penyengat Olak sudah baik namun belum optimal. Pada Aspek output, hasil capaian indikator Standar Pelayanan Minimal pelayanan ibu hamil di Puskesmas Penyengat Olak belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan pemerintah sebesar 100%. Kesimpulan: Capaian Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) kesehatan pada pelayanan ibu hamil di puskesmas Penyengat Olak Kabupaten Muaro Jambi belum mencapai target karena masih terdapat kendala. SPM in the field of maternal health at the Penyengat Olak Health Center, Muaro Jambi Regency has not yet reached the target. This study aims to determine the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) achievements in Maternity Services at the Penyengat Olak Health Center, Muaro Jambi Regency. Method: The type of research used was qualitative with an analytic descriptive approach. Data analysis using NVivo software. Result: The achievement of the health standards for pregnant women at Penyengat Olak Health Center related to the Input Aspect includes human resources that are in accordance with standards both in terms of quality and quantity. Facilities and Infrastructure are adequate and in accordance with standards. However, there are still obstacles at the puskesmas in the small examination room. Funds are sufficient and sourced from BOK and BLUD. Process Aspects include Planning Determination of the target of pregnant women at Penyengat Olak Health Center using projection data and real data and Determination of activity plans at the health center in the form of RUK and RPK. The implementation of the standard quantity of visits by pregnant women (K6) is in accordance with the standard but there are still obstacles and the quality standard of the 10T examination in antenatal care at Penyengat Olak Health Center is good but not optimal. In the output aspect, the results of the achievement of the Minimum Service Standards indicators for pregnant women's services at the Penyengat Olak Health Center have not yet reached the target set by the government of 100%. Conclusion: The achievement of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) for health in pregnant women's services at Penyengat Olak Health Center in Muaro Jambi Regency has not reached the target because there are still obstacles.
