Abstract

Abstrak Balai Bahasa Provinsi Jambi, sebagai unit pelaksana teknis di bawah Kemendikbudristek, menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan arsip yang belum efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi Sistem Naskah Dinas Elektronik yang digunakan hanya mencakup arsip naskah dinas, sedangkan arsip kegiatan lainnya tersebar di Google Drive maupun perangkat pribadi pegawai, sehingga menyulitkan pencarian dan pelacakan dokumen. Permasalahan tersebut mendorong perlunya sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip elektronik yang mampu mengelola seluruh jenis arsip. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan UI/UX sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip elektronik dengan pendekatan Design Thinking melalui beberapa tahap yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Perancangan dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan tujuh peran pengguna, yaitu Kepala Balai, Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen, Satuan Pengawas Internal, Pejabat Pelaporan, Arsiparis, Admin, dan Pegawai. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan usability testing menggunakan platform Maze dan kuesioner User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil pengujian mengindikasikan bahwa sistem telah sesuai dengan standar usability yang ditetapkan oleh ISO 9241-11. Aspek effectiveness ditunjukkan dengan completion rate di atas 90%, efficiency memperoleh skor UEQ sebesar 1,58 yang termasuk kategori baik, dan satisfaction diukur dari rata-rata enam dimensi UEQ yang berada pada kategori Above Average hingga Excellent. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, rancangan UI/UX sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip elektronik yang telah dibuat dinilai efektif, efisien, dan mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang memuaskan. Abstract The Jambi Provincial Language Center, as a technical implementation unit under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, faces challenges in managing archives that are not yet effective and efficient. The Electronic Official Document System application used only covers official document archives, while other activity archives are scattered across Google Drive and employees' personal devices, making it difficult to search for and track documents. These issues highlight the need for an electronic document management information system capable of managing all types of documents. This study aims to design the UI/UX of an electronic document management information system using the Design Thinking approach, which involves several stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The design is based on the needs of seven user roles: Head of the Office, Commitment Officer, Internal Supervisory Unit, Reporting Officer, Archivist, Administrator, and Employee. System testing was conducted using usability testing on the Maze platform and a User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The testing results indicated that the system complies with the usability standards set by ISO 9241-11. The effectiveness aspect was demonstrated by a completion rate above 90%, efficiency scored 1.58 on the UEQ, which falls into the good category, and satisfaction was measured by the average of six UEQ dimensions, which ranged from Above Average to Excellent. Based on these results, the UI/UX design of the electronic archive management information system is deemed effective, efficient, and capable of providing a satisfying user experience.
