Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the liquidity ratio as a tool to assess the financial performance of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data from Bank Mandiri's financial statements for the 2019-2023 period. Liquidity ratios are used to measure the bank's ability to meet maturing short-term obligations. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method. This research was conducted online by accessing secondary data from the official websites of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). To collect the data needed in this study, the authors used documentation techniques by reviewing the financial statements of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the 2019- 2023 period downloaded from the official website www.bankmandiri.co.id. The results showed that Bank Mandiri is very stable and healthy when measured by the Liquidity ratio, both Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio and Loan to Assets Ratio.
