Abstract
ABSTRAK Provinsi Jambi memiliki potensi besar dalam budidaya kopi, khususnya varietas Kopi Liberika Tungkal Komposit, namun produksi dan produktivitasnya belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji interaksi antara pemberian mikoriza dengan berbagai dosis pupuk NPK terhadap keberhasilan sambung pucuk dan pertumbuhan bibit kopi Liberika. Dilaksanakan di Desa Pematang Gajah selama 6 bulan dengan rancangan acak kelompok 2 faktor, dengan faktor pertama Mikoriza 2 taraf yaitu tanpa mikoriza dan Mikoriza 15 gr dan faktor kedua adalah NPK 5 taraf yaitu tanpa pupuk NPK, 25 %, 50 %, 75% dan 100% dari dosis rekomendasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, sidik ragam, dan DMRT pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat interaksi mikoriza dan pupuk NPK yang berpengaruh pada persentase keberhasilan sambung, waktu muncul tunas, panjang tunas, dan persentase infeksi akar. namun tidak terdapat interaksi keduanya pada variabel jumlah daun. Aplikasi mikoriza 15 gram dan pupuk NPK 25% dosis rekomendasi merupakan perlakuan terbaik untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan sambung dan pertumbuhan bibit kopi Liberika. ABSTRACT Jambi Province has great potential in coffee cultivation, especially Liberica Tungkal Composite Coffee variety, but its production and productivity are not yet optimal. This study aims to examine the interaction between mycorrhiza administration with various doses of NPK fertilizer on the success of grafting and the growth of Liberica coffee seedlings. It was carried out in Pematang Gajah Village for 6 months with a 2-factor randomized block design, with the first factor being 2 levels of Mycorrhiza, namely without mycorrhiza and 15 gr of Mycorrhiza and the second factor being 5 levels of NPK, namely without NPK fertilizer, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the recommended dose. The data obtained were analyzed using normality test, analysis of variance, and DMRT at the 5% level. The results showed that there was an interaction between mycorrhiza and NPK fertilizer that affected the percentage of grafting success, shoot emergence time, shoot length, and root infection percentage. but there was no interaction between the two on the number of leaves variable. Application of 15 grams of mycorrhiza and 25% NPK fertilizer recommended dose is the best treatment to increase the success of grafting and growth of Liberica coffee seedlings.
