Abstract
PT. Bumi Indo Power (BIP) selaku pemegang izin usaha pertambangan operasi produksi telah melakukan sebagian kegiatan penambangan didaerah izin usaha pertambangannya, dengan luas wilayah izin usaha pertambangan ± 5.027 Ha. Selanjutnya perusahaan akan melakukan pembukaan pit baru diarea yang masih terdapat penyebaran batubara pada wilayah izin usaha pertambangan yaitu di blok D PT Bumi Indo Power, untuk itu diperlukan adanya perencanaan penentuan batas penambangan (pit limit) berdasarkan nilai Stripping Ratio optimum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan nilai stripping ratio yang paling optimum untuk memperoleh keuntungan maksimal dengan menggunakan metode discounted cash flow, sehingga dapat ditetapkan batas penambangan optimum (Ultimate Pit Limit). Kemudian membuat rancangan pit dan batas penambangan yang sesuai dengan rekomendasi geometeri jenjang yaitu tinggi jenjang 10 m, lebar jenjang 5 m, dan single slope 45°. Proses optimasi dilakukan dengan menyusun data variasi stripping ratio yang merepresentasikan batas pit serta cadangan pada tiap stripping ratio, kemudian dikombinasikan dengan pertimbangan ekonomi menggunakan discount rate sebesar 11,76% untuk memperoleh nilai Net Present Value (NPV), sehingga dapat dianalisis melalui kurva optimasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai stripping ratio optimum yang diperoleh melalui kurva optimasi dengan metode Konvensional NPV pada skenario Spot Price adalah sebesar 8,8 dengan total cadangan mencapai 907.717 ton, umur tambang 6 tahun, serta NPV senilai Rp277.738.820.621,00 PT. Bumi Indo Power (BIP) as the holder of a production operation mining business permit has carried out some mining activities in its mining business permit area, with a mining business permit area of ± 5,027 Ha. Furthermore, the company will open a new pit in an area where there is still coal distribution in the mining business permit area, namely in block D of PT Bumi Indo Power, for this reason, planning for determining mining boundaries (pit limits) is needed based on the optimal Stripping Ratio value. The purpose of this study is to determine the most optimal Stripping Ratio value to obtain maximum profits using the discounted cash flow method, so that the optimum mining limit (Ultimate Pit Limit) can be determined. then make a pit plan and mining limits in accordance with the geometry recommendations, namely a tier height of 10 m, a tier width of 5 m, and a single slope of 45°. The optimization process is carried out by compiling data on stripping ratio variations that represent pit boundaries and reserves at each stripping ratio, then combined with economic considerations using a discount rate of 11.76% to obtain the Net Present Value (NPV) value, so that it can be analyzed through an optimization curve. The results of the study show that the optimum stripping ratio value obtained through the optimization curve with the Conventional NPV method in the Spot Price scenario is 8.8 with total reserves reaching 907,717 tons, a mine life of 4 years, and an NPV of IDR 285,254,334,789.00.
