Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of working capital turnover, sales growth, and inventory turnover on profitability in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2019–2023. Profitability is an important indicator for measuring a company's financial performance, and this research is conducted to assess the extent to which operational efficiency influences profit achievement. The research method used is a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. From the total population, 13 companies met the criteria during the observation period. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports, which were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results of the study show that sales growth and inventory turnover have a significant effect on profitability. This indicates that an increase in sales and efficient inventory management can drive profit growth. However, working capital turnover does not have a significant effect on profitability. These findings imply that management should focus more on strategies to increase sales and inventory efficiency in order to improve the company's financial performance.
