Abstract

Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) memberikan akses kepada masyarakat umum untuk berinvestasi. Investor dapat menanamkan modalnya ke berbagai perusahaan melalui sekuritas yang terdaftar secara publik menggunakan proses pasar modal untuk mendapatkan return maupun dividen. Untuk mendapatkan return maupun dividen, investor terlebih dahulu membaca laporan keuangan perusahaan supaya investor tidak mengalami kerugian. Dengan tujuan untuk menyediakan bukti em-piris, studi menganalisis korporasi non-keuangan yang ada pada BEI periodiasi 2020 serta 2023 untuk menentukan dampak kinerja keuangan pada kebijakan div-iden, beserta ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderator. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan penggunaan purposive sampling sebagai seleksi data, yang diaktualiasaikasn selaras dengan indicator yang sudah tetetap-kan sebelumnya. Selama empat tahun, 147 perusahaan berbeda jadi sampel studi. Studi menggunakan warpPLS 7.0 sebagai alat uji analisis data dan meng-gabungkan outer model serta inner model untuk mengevaluasi hipotesis variabel independen dan mengevaluasi hipotesis moderator. Pada hasil studi didapat likui-ditas mempunyai peran pada kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas mempunya peran pada kebijakan dividen, aktivitas mempunyai peran pada kebijakan dividen, dan hanya solvabilitas yang tidak berperan pada kebijakan dividen. Ditemukan juga ukuran perusahaan tidak memperkuat korelasi likuiditas terhadap kebijakan divi-den, tetapi memperkuat korelasi profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen, ukuran perusahaan juga tidak memperkuat hubungan aktivitas terhadap kebijakan dividen, dan tidak memperkuat korelasi solvabilitas pada kebijakan dividen. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) provides access to the general public for investing. Investors can invest their capital in various companies through publicly listed securities using the capital market process to obtain returns and dividends. To obtain returns and dividends, investors must first read the company's financial reports so that they do not suffer losses. With the aim of providing empirical evidence, this study analyzes non-financial corporations listed on the IDX in the 2020 and 2023 periods to determine the impact of financial performance on dividend policy, along with company size as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach and purposive sampling for data selection, which is in line with the previously established indicators. Over four years, 147 different companies were sampled for the study. The study uses warpPLS 7.0 as a data analysis tool and combines the outer model and inner model to evaluate the independent variable hypothesis and evaluate the moderator hypothesis. The results of the study show that liquidity plays a role in dividend policy, profitability plays a role in dividend policy, activity plays a role in dividend policy, and only solvency does not play a role in dividend policy. It was also found that company size did not strengthen the correlation between liquidity and dividend policy, but it did strengthen the correlation between profitability and dividend policy. Company size also did not strengthen the relationship between activity and dividend policy, nor did it strengthen the correlation between solvency and dividend policy.
