Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul Penelitian ini adalah “Determinasi Tingkat Kemiskinan di Sumbagsel ” dibawah bimbingan BapakProf.Dr.Yulmardi,SE.,M.S.danBapakJayaKusumaEdy, SE.,M.Si.,CDM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis 1). kondisi dan Perkembangan tingkat Kemiskinan, Produk Regional Bruto (PDRB), Indeks Pembangunan Manusia IPM dan Belanja Modal di Sumbagsel 2) Pengaruh Produk Regional Bruto (PDRB), Indeks Pembangunan Manusia IPM dan Belanja Modal terhadap tingkat kemiskinan terhadap DiSumbagsel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptifdan analisis kuantitatif berupa data sekunder dari tahun 2017-2024 yang bersumberdari Badan Pusat Statistik dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi data panel danuji hipotesis menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel Produk Domestic Regional Bruto,indeks pembangunan manusia, Belanja Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinaan Sumbagseltahun2017-2024,Dari hasil uji diatas diperoleh nilai adjusted R-square sebesar 0.718125, artinya bahwa sebesar 72,8% variabel Kemiskinan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Produk Domestik Regional Bruto ,indeks pembangunan manusia dan Belanja Modal. Hasiluji simultan (uji F), menunjukan bahwa Produk Domestic Regional Bruto,indeks pembangunan manusia, Belanja Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinaan Sumbagsel tahun 2017-2024. KataKunci:Kemiskinan,PDRB,BelanjaModal,IndeksPembangunan Manusia ABSTRACT The title of this research is “Determinants of Poverty Levels in Southern Sumatra (Sumbagsel)”, conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Yulmardi, SE., M.S. and Mr. Jaya Kusuma Edy, SE., M.Si., CDM.The objectives of this research are to analyze:The condition and development of poverty levels, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Human Development Index (HDI), and capital expenditure in Southern Sumatra;The influence of GRDP, HDI, and capital expenditure on poverty levels in Southern Sumatra. Theanalyticalmethodsusedinthisstudyaredescriptiveanalysisandquantitative analysis,utilizingsecondarydatafrom2017to2021obtainedfromtheCentral Bureau of Statistics. The analytical tool employed is panel data regression, and hypothesis testing is conducted using the Classical Assumption Test. The research results show that the variables Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Human Development Index (HDI), and Capital Expenditure have a significant effect on the poverty level in Southern Sumatra (Sumbagsel) during the period 2017–2024. Based on the test results above, the adjusted R-square value is 0.718125, which means that 72.8% of the poverty variable can be explained by the variables GRDP, HDI, and Capital Expenditure. The simultaneous test (F-test) also indicates that GRDP, HDI, and CapitalExpendituresignificantlyinfluencethe poverty level in Southern Sumatra during 2017–2024.
