Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh komunikasi guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 2) pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 3) pengaruh komunikasi guru terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 4) pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 5) pengaruh motivasi belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 6) pengaruh komunikasi guru melalui motivasi belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 7) pengaruh lingkungan sekolah melalui motivasi belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian kausal komparatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis jalur (Path Analisys) yang dibantu dengan menggunakan alat SPSS 21.0. for windows yang digunakan dalam pengembangan model dan pengujian hipotesis. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 11 Kota Jambi kelas XI yang mempelajar mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan jumlah peserta 144 yang terdiri dari 4 kelas. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan: 1) Komunikasi guru berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 2) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. 3) Komunikasi guru berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 4) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 5) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. 6) Komunikasi guru berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar. 7) Lingkungan sekolah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didi, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar. This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of teacher communication on student learning motivation in economics at SMA Negeri 11, Jambi City. 2) the influence of the school environment on student learning motivation in economics at SMA Negeri 11, Jambi City. 3) the influence of teacher communication on student learning outcomes in economics at SMA Negeri 11, Jambi City. 4) the influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes in economics at SMA Negeri 11, Jambi City. 5) the influence of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economics at SMA Negeri 11, Jambi City. 6) the influence of teacher communication through student learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economics at SMA Negeri 11, Jambi City. 7) the influence of the school environment through student learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economics at SMA Negeri 11, Jambi City. This study employed a quantitative approach with a causal comparative research method. The analytical technique used in the study was path analysis, supported by SPSS 21.0 for Windows, which was used in model development and hypothesis testing. The population in this study was 11th-grade students at State Senior High School 11, Jambi City, studying economics. There were 144 participants across four classes. The results of this study concluded: 1) Teacher communication significantly influences student learning motivation at State Senior High School 11, Jambi City. 2) The school environment significantly influences student learning motivation. 3) Teacher communication significantly influences student learning outcomes at State Senior High School 11, Jambi City. 4) The school environment significantly influences student learning outcomes at State Senior High School 11, Jambi City. 5) Learning motivation significantly influences student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City. 6) Teacher communication influences student learning outcomes, both directly and indirectly through learning motivation. 7) The school environment significantly influences student learning outcomes, both directly and indirectly through learning motivation.
