The are Globalization has chalenged bussiness complete product quality product types. once the importance of the ruller of bussines especialy micro, small and medium entreprices (SMEs).producting a product it is necesary effoers n raigths strategis emporewing micro, small, and medium entrepices (SMEs). This study aims to develov praper strategi to maximize and develope micro, small and medium (SMEs) and area need to be known and analyzis. the method in this study is a deskriptif study of literature reviuewr study discused the strategi of empoering micro, small,and medium (SMEs). The are three (3) basic policy needed in empowering micro, small, and medium (SMEs). Which are (1)creating and condusife bussiness environment of the sometimes providing an environment that encourages in the velopment of SMEs sistimically, independent, and sustainable, (2) creating insurance syistem financially to the operation of productive economic activities undertaken by SMEs, (3)provide tecnical assistance and managerial assistance in order to improve the status of SMEs. the conclusion of this literature reviuewr provide and important mean for achieving planning apropiatte strategis on micro, small, and medium (SMEs)
