Abstract

the study was airned at exploring the inclusive education program developed by the goverment including inclusive educations curiculum, special mentor recruitment, and infrastructure fasilities in the schools. the study used a qualitatife method with a case study traditon. the data were colected trouht interviews with 8 informants, 5 classroom obsevations, and document at one elementry school. the interview data were analyzed using within -cse and cross-case analyse amonginformant. the observational data were recondec and presented in accordance with the themes of the interview result and document data were esed as the comparison. the result revealed that there were no new studen admission preparations, and lack of goverment attentions on infrastructure. the presentations of the data also included the chalengger faced implementing inclusive education. suggestions and implications for school in the implementation of inclusife education and the goverment are discused. key word: educational policy, elementray scholl, inclusif education
