Abstract
The study was aimed at exploring the inclusive education program develoved by the goverment includig inclusion education curiculum special mentor recriutment, and infrastructure fasilities in the school. the study used a qualitative method with a case- study tradition. data data were colected througth intervieuw with 8 informant, 5 class room observations, at document at one elementry school. the interview data were analysiz using within case and cross case analiysis among informant.the observational data were reconded and presented in accordance with the themes of the interview result and document data were used as the compararizon. the result revealded that there were no new student admission preparation, and lack goverment attention infrastructure. the presentasion of the data also included the chalengers fased in implementing inclusife education, sugestion and implication for school in the implimentions for school in the implimentions of inclusive educations and the goverment are discused. key word: educational policy, elementry school, inclusife education
