Abstract

This study aims to describe class management in integrated thematic learning and to know the form of class management in class V integrated thematic learning 66 / IV Telanaipura Public Elementary School, Jambi City. 2018/2019 Academic Year. This research was conducted at the 66 / IV Telanaipura Public Elementary School, Jambi City from January 6 to January 31, 2019. The research data was obtained using a qualitative approach with descriptive research types. By using a descriptive approach obtained from the results of observations and interviews, after the data was obtained, the qualitative data was analyzed using Miles and Huberman's analysis techniques. The results showed that teachers in managing classroom management in integrated thematic learning class V 66 / IV Telanaipura Public Elementary School, Jambi City had done well. This can be seen based on the results of observations and supported by the results of interviews and documentation carried out by researchers to class V teachers with a basis on the indicators used in the study. From the results of this study it can be suggested that teachers should improve their knowledge and understanding and apply classroom management to integrated thematic learning or the implementation of learning carried out in schools.
