Abstract

Based on the results of research obtained from data collection and related data analysis carried out. Then the teacher's teaching effectiveness in growing the questioning skills of students in elementary schools. It can be concluded that the planting of students' asking skills in the learning and teaching process carried out has been classified as good. Because in teaching the teacher has used teaching methods that are appropriate. The teacher has also tried to always invite active students and take part in the ongoing learning process, the teacher has used his role well, namely teaching sequences with the goals to be achieved, always inviting students to interact in the learning process using methods, media and learning strategies for growing the attitude of students' asking skills. The effectiveness of teaching teachers in growing students' questioning skills can be seen when the teacher teaches, the teacher often invites students to question and answer in the learning process and the teacher also always provides opportunities for students who want to ask which they have not understood, in the process of questioning students are also good in asking. Students can already use the question and answer element to ask. The teacher also provides motivation individuals to students who are less active, then the teacher can also create a class atmosphere full of affection by doing things students enjoy doing, such as singing and eating together. The effectiveness of teaching teachers can foster student questioning skills. This is evident from teachers who always apply the question and answer process when the teaching and learning process takes place.
