Abstract

Skripsi ini mengevaluasi penerimaan sistem E-konseling di Universitas Jambi dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 3 (UTAUT 3). Penelitian ini melatarbelakangi masalah tingkat kesehatan mental pada mahasiswa yang didukung oleh data dari WHO dan Kemenkes. Universitas Jambi memberikan layanan konseling online untuk membantu mahasiswa menyelesaikan permasalahannya, namun dari pra-penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan penggunaan E-konseling masih sangat rendah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan model UTAUT 3 yang digunakan untuk mengidentifiikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan E-konseling Universitas Jambi. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 100 responden dari seluruh mahasiswa aktif strata 1 yang ada di Universitas Jambi, sampel ini mewakili seluruh fakultas yang ada di Universitas Jambi. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah PLS-SEM (Partial Last Structural Equation Modeling) yang menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4 dalam perhitungan datanya. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perhitungan data menunjukkan bahwa ada 4 hipotesis memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan 8 hipotesis lainnya tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. This thesis evaluates the acceptance of the E-counseling system at the University of Jambi using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 3 (UTAUT 3) model. This study is based on the problem of mental health levels in students supported by data from WHO and the Ministry of Health. Jambi University provides online counseling services to help students solve their problems, but from pre-research it was found that the level of knowledge and use of E-counseling is still very low. This study aims to implement the UTAUT 3 model which is used to identify factors that influence the acceptance of E-counseling at Jambi University. This study took a sample of 100 respondents from all active undergraduate students at Jambi University, this sample represents all faculties at Jambi University. The analysis technique used in this study is PLS-SEM (Partial Last Structural Equation Modeling) which uses the SmartPLS 4 application in its data calculation. The results obtained from the data calculation show that there are 4 hypotheses that have a significant influence and 8 other hypotheses do not have a significant influence.
