Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Lingkungan Teman Sebaya, Hasil Belajar Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan siswa yang masih kesulitan dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Disebabkan oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar serta lingkungan teman sebaya yang kurang mendukung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel yaitu Motivasi Belajar dan Lingkungan Teman Sebaya terhadap Hasil Belajar Administrasi Transaksi Siswa Kelas XI Jurusan Bidang Daring Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Ex-post Facto. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan google form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Bidang Daring Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi sebanyak 119 siswa dijadikan sampel penelitian dan diambil secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar administrasi transaksi diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,744 dan nilai signifikansi berada pada 0,007. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar administrasi transaksi diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,428 dan nilai signifikansi berada pada 0,017. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar administrasi transaksi diperoleh nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu 5,370 > 3,07 dan nilai signifkansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,006 < 0,05. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Peer Environment, Learning Outcomes This research was motivated by the problem of students who still struggle to achieve optimal learning outcomes. This is caused by low learning motivation and an unsupportive peer environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of each variable, namely Learning Motivation and Peer Environment, on the Learning Outcomes of Transaction Administration of Grade XI Students Departing Online Marketing, State Vocational High School 1, Jambi City. This study used a quantitative approach with the Ex-post Facto method. The data collection technique used Google Forms. The population in this study was all 11th-grade students majoring in Online Marketing at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. A sample of 119 students was selected using random sampling. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes in transaction administration, with a t-value of 2.744 and a significance level of 0.007. There was a positive and significant influence of peer group environment on learning outcomes in transaction administration, with a t-value of 2.428 and a significance level of 0.017. There is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation and peer environment on transaction administration learning outcomes. The calculated F value is greater than the F table, namely 5.370 > 3.07, and the significance value is less than 0.05, namely 0.006 < 0.05.
