Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Family support is help received from someone in his life and is in a family environment that makes the mother feel cared for and loved, and can affect the level of anxiety of pregnant women. The results of the study stated that 40.6% of pregnant women facing work were in the category of severe anxiety. So family social support for pregnant women is important so that mothers can go through pregnancy until the delivery process is good. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and anxiety in third trimester pregnant women. Methods : This research is a literature study by searching articles using Google Scholar and Sience Direct databases to find articles according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The keywords used in this literature search include family support, anxiety, pregnant women, and family support, anxiety, and pregnant women. Results : Based on the analysis of 10 articles, all of them have the result that there is a relationship between family support and anxiety in third trimester pregnant women. The relationship obtained is that the higher the family support provided, the lower the level of anxiety felt by pregnant women. Conclusion : Family support will affect the level of anxiety in pregnant women, so the need for the role of nurses to provide nursing care to pregnant women is not only about the physical condition but also about the psychology of the mother when doing ANC (Antenatal Care), namely identifying the anxiety and fear experienced by the mother who will be pregnant. prepare for pregnancy and during pregnancy so that concerns and anxieties that occur can be identified. ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Dukungan keluarga merupakan bantuan yang diterima individu dari seseorang dalam kehidupannya dan berada dalam lingkungan keluarga yang membuat ibu merasa diperhatikan dan dicintai, serta dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 40,6% ibu hamil menghadapi persalinan berada pada kategori kecemasan berat. Maka dukungan sosial keluarga untuk ibu hamil sangatlah penting agar ibu dapat menjalani kehamilan sampai proses persalinan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dengan pencarian artikel menggunakan database Google Scholar, Pubmed, dan Sience Direct untuk menemukan artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian literatur ini antara lain dukungan keluarga, kecemasan, ibu hamil, dan family support, anxiety, and pregnant women. Hasil : Berdasarkan analisis 10 artikel, semua memiliki hasil terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III. Hubungan yang didapatkan yaitu semakin tinggi dukungan keluarga yang diberikan maka semakin rendah pula tingkat kecemasan yang dirasakan oleh ibu hamil. Kesimpulan : Dukungan keluarga akan mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil, sehingga perlunya peran dari perawat untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu hamil bukan hanya kondisi fisik tetapi juga mengenai psikologi ibu saat melakukan ANC (Antenatal Care), yaitu mengidentifikasi kecemasan dan ketakutan yang dialami oleh ibu yang akan mempersiapkan kehamilan dan saat hamil sehingga kekhawatiran dan kecemasan yang terjadi dapat teridentifikasi.
