Abstract

Abstract Various problems of inequality occur in Indonesia, one of which is the gap experienced by Remote Indigenous Communities. Geographical remoteness causes KAT to experience limitations in accessing and reaching various services to meet their basic needs. The research with the title "Community Empowerment in the Health Sector of the Inner Tribe (SAD) in Kelukup Hamlet, Pelepat District, Bungo Regency in 2020" has a problem formulation how to empower the Health Sector community in the Pelepat District of Bungo District. Health in the Suku Anak Dalam in Kelukup Hamlet, Pelepat District, Bungo Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with case studies. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data from in-depth interviews. The data will be analyzed using the Miles and Haburmen method. And the theoretical basis used is the theory of Mardikianto and Soebiato. Based on the data analysis conducted, it is concluded that the empowerment program carried out by the government and NGOs to improve health status is influenced by the level of welfare and knowledge of the SAD community. So that cross-sectoral collaboration is needed to encourage all aspects and the importance of government policies in the sustainability of community empowerment programs.
