Abstract
This research is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Investment, Labor and Direct Expenditure on Economic Growth of Districts/Cities in Jambi Province". The aims of this study are: 1) To analyze the development of PMA, PMDN, Manpower, Direct Expenditures and Economic Growth of Regency and City in Jambi Province. 2) To determine and analyze the influence of PMA, PMDN, Labor, Direct Expenditure on Economic Growth of Districts and Cities in Jambi Province. The data analysis method in this study is a descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The analysis used is panel data regression analysis, which is a combination of Time Series and Cross Section data. After the Chow test and Housman test were carried out, the regression model used was the Fixed Effect (FEM) method. Based on the results of the panel data regression test, it shows that Simultaneously PMA, PMDN, Labor and Direct Expenditures have a significant effect on Regency/City Economic Growth in Jambi Province, while partially from the four independent variables, only PMA, PMDN and Labor have a positive effect on economic growth in districts/cities in Jambi province. Meanwhile, Direct Expenditure Variables have negative effect on economic growth in districts/cities in Jambi Province in the 2011-2019 period
