Abstract
ABSTRAK Laporan Tugas Akhir ini berjudul Strategi Bisnis PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Jambi dalam Penyaluran Kredit di Masa Pandemi. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam penyaluran kredit atau kredit usaha rakyat di masa pandemi. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara, observasi guna melengkapi data yang diperlukan dalam penulisan ini dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Jambi mengenai Penyaluran Kredit di Masa Pandemi dengan program Kredit Usaha Rakyat Super Mikro dapat melalui beberapa syarat yaitu individu, berusia 21 tahun atau sudah menikah, memiliki usaha yang telah berjalan minimal 6 bulan, menjalankan usahanya di salah satu platform e-commerce, tidak sedang menerima kredit dari perbankan kecuali kredit konsumtif, dan syarat administrasi berupa identitas KTP, kartu keluarga, dan surat izin usaha. Beberapa cara mengajukan kredit usaha rakyat super mikro yaitu dengan debitur datang ke kantor Bank Rakyat Indonesia terdekat atau agen Brilink yang tersebar diberbagai tempat, secara online dengan situs kur.bri.co.id. Kata Kunci : kredit, penyaluran kredit, strategi ABSTRACT This Final Report entitled Business Strategy of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jambi Branch Office in Credit Distribution in the Pandemic Period. This report aims to determine the business strategy carried out by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia in distributing credit or people's business loans during the pandemic. The writing method used is through interviews, observations in order to complete the data needed in this writing and literature study. The results of research conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jambi Branch Office regarding Credit Distribution in the Pandemic Period with the Super Micro People's Business Credit program can meet several conditions, namely individuals, aged 21 years or already married, having a business that has been running for at least 6 months, running their business on one of the e-commerce platforms, not currently receiving credit from banks, except for consumer credit, and administrative requirements in the form of identity cards, family cards, and business licenses. There are several ways to apply for super micro people's business loans, namely by coming to the nearest Bank Rakyat Indonesia office or Brilink agents scattered in various places, online with the kur.bri.co.id site.
