Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk : Mendeskripsikan respon penerima program CSR Sekolah Sawit Lestari dan Merumuskan strategi komunikasi yang dapat diterapkan pada program CSR Sekolah Sawit Lestari. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 11 Batanghari dan PT.Inti Indosawit Subur Kebun Muara Bulian dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang siswa SSL, 3 orang pegawai PT.Inti Indosawit Subur, dan 3 orang guru SMAN 11 Batanghari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) Siswa Sekolah Sawit Lestari memberi respon positif pada kegiatan ini. (2) Posisi strategi komunikasi sekolah sawit lestari berada pada kuadran 1 diagram SWOT dengan selisih total skor faktor kekuatan dan total skor faktor kelemahan sebesar 1,21 sedangkan selisih total skor faktor peluang dan total skor faktor ancaman sebesar 2,385. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan, Sekolah Kelapa Sawit ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to : Describe the responses of Sekolah Sawit Lestari CSR program recipients and Formulating a communication strategies that can be applied to Sekolah Sawit Lestari CSR program. The data used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Where the analytical method used in this study was SWOT analysis method. This research was conducted at 11 High School Batanghari Regency and PT.Inti Indosawit Subur Muara Bulian Estate with the number of samples are 30 Sekolah Sawit Lestari students, 3 employees of PT.Inti Indosawit Subur, and 3 teachers from 11 High School Batanghari Regency. The results showed : (1)Sekolah Sawit Lestari students have a positive response toward this program. (2) The position of Sekolah Sawit Lestari communication strategy is in quadrant 1 of the SWOT diagram with a difference in the total score of strength factors and the total score of weakness factors is 1.21, while the difference in total score of opportunity factors and total score of threat factors is 2,385.
