Abstract

ABSTRACT This internship report is the final assignment for students of the Diploma III Accounting Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi who have completed their fieldwork for 2 (two) months at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank. The purpose of this internship report is to find out the implementation of the smart behavior program at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank and the impact of the implementation of the Smart Practice program at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank. The financial services authority is an institution whose function is to oversee banking activities. However, geographical conditions and infrastructure problems in Indonesia make banking functions not optimal in reaching the entire community. Then through the financial services authority a Laku Pandai program was established (public financial services without an office in the framework of financial inclusion) so that banks could reach the whole community. One of the participating banks is PT. Bank of Regional Development in Jambi. PT Jambi Regional Bank began implementing the Smart Practice program in 2017 and has been implemented in all branch offices. With the Laku Pandai program, customers no longer need to bother coming to the bank. Customers can make transactions at any time easily.
