Kata Kunci : Kadar Hemoglobim, Kemampuan VO2Max Masalah dalam penelititan ini berawal dari pengamatan selama 2X45 menit pada sesi latihan fenomena yang terjadi 30 menit awal pemain bisa bermain bagus mulai dari daya tahan, kelincahan, ketahanan, dan kecepatan. Dimana hal tersebut di[ppengaruhi oleh suplai energy mempunyai banyak tahap dan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor seperti: O2 , H2O, dan Hemoglobin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghetahui hubungan kadar hemoglobin terhadap kemampuan VO¬2Max pada pemain Sekolah sepakbola Jambi Kecil (Muaro Jambi). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Korelasi. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pemain SSB jambi Kecil (muaro jambi) yang jumlah nya atlet SMP dan SMA 55 Orang, sedangkan sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling maka sampel jumlah 11 orang yang berasal dari kriteria umur 15-20 tahun dan pemain yang sering ikut pertandingan keluar daerah. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian adalah lapangan SMP N 11 Muaro Jambi, tempat biasa SSB jambi kecil latihan. Adapun waktu penelitian bulan Maret 2021. Data kadar Hemoglobin diambil dengan alat tes Easytouch GCHb, dan tes Kemampuan Vo2Max dengan Bleep test. Data dianalisis dengan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil anaslisis data menunjukan bahwa : terdapat hubungan kadar hemoglobin dengan kemampuan VO2Max pada pemain SSB Jambi Kecil, ini ditandai dengan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu thit (4,814) > ttabel (1,814), dengan nilai r = 0,849 didapat r2 = 0,721, adapun besar kontribusinya adalah 72,1% bahasa inggris : Defri Afrian. 2021. Ability The problem in this study began with observations for 2X45 minutes during a training session of phenomena that occurred in the early 30 minutes of players being able to play well, starting from endurance, agility, endurance, and speed. Where it is influenced by the supply of energy has many stages and is influenced by many factors such as: O2, H2O, and Hemoglobin. This study aims to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and the ability of VO¬2Max in Jambi Kecil (Muaro Jambi) football school players. This type of research is correlation. The population in this study were all SSB Jambi Kecil (muaro Jambi) players whose number was 55 junior and high school athletes, while the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique, the sample number was 11 people who came from the age criteria of 15-20 years and players who often participated out-of-town match. The place where the research was carried out was the field of SMP N 11 Muaro Jambi, the usual place for SSB Jambi Kecil to practice. The research time is March 2021. Hemoglobin level data is taken with the Easytouch GCHb test kit, and the Vo2Max Ability test with the Bleep test. The data were analyzed by product moment correlation analysis. The results of data analysis show that: there is a relationship between hemoglobin levels and VO2Max ability in SSB Jambi Kecil players, this is indicated by the research results obtained, namely thit (4.814) > ttable (1.814), with a value of r = 0.849 obtained r2 = 0.721, while the contribution is large is 72.1%
